“Although the lounge was quite full, my friend and I had a reservation, so were able to enter and relax before our flight. There was a variety of foods available, but unfortunately most with pasta. I would love to see more free-from options, including bread and a biscuit.”

“We chose the "plus" lounge because it was child free and it was half term. So imagine my surprise to see a ten year old in there. He was the only child and well behaved so it wasn't a problem. The lounge was very comfortable and very quiet; at one point we were the only customers in there; we had a relaxing time. The food and drinks were great quality and the staff were very accommodating. I would use this again, even when it isn't half term.”

“Really relaxing compared to the usual airport rush. Would have liked a toaster at breakfast time and a little annoying that toilets were not in use as they were being refurbished but apart from that we loved it and staff were brilliant!”

“Nice , quiet and relaxing wait for our plane . Good choice of drinks . Breakfast was fresh and lots of choice including fruit and yoghurt. Friendly staff who weee very busy tidying up as well as serving . Would definitely go again .”

“First time me and the wife had used one. We were fairly excited to be honest. So I went to get a croissant 🥐 and asked one of the workers where the butter was. We haven’t got any in yet was the reply. Not a great start. So I put the croissant back and headed for the cooked breakfast. I asked if there were any more sausages coming out. They had run out. This was 0830 in the morning. I thought that was really poor. The rest of the experience we loved.”

“Positives: good internet. Nice personnel. Access to shower even if not very clean or welcoming. Negatives: really dull food, kids all over when looking for a quiet place to work.”

“The staff upon arrival were friendly and we didn't have to wait long to enter which was good. However, the bar staff didn't know anything about the types of wine available (I think they should be able to at least differentiate between a dry and a sweet wine). The wine glasses also leave a lot to be desired. The food selection also was not great. I'm unsure of this was because of the time of day we arrived, however there was a very minimal and mismatched selection of food available - eggs, bacon and pasta.”
