“We have used the lounges at a number of airports, Birmingham has a better access to drinks but the food is a bit hit and miss It seems mushrooms was the theme of the day on a Thursday”

“Although quite early, apparently anything up to 9.00am is early, the lounge was clean, tidy with a good selection of breakfast items and people were sensible with their selections and amounts. After about 9.30am it became particularly quiet. All the time the staff were attentive to people’s needs and ensured that tables were cleared when necessary. One of my better experiences at Manchester’s lounges, well done.”

“This was the best executive lounge I have ever visited. From the minute we arrived at the reception desk we were well looked after. The toilet and shower facilities are great and were kept in immaculate condition. One of the waiters, Eugene, deserves special recognition as he provided outstanding service. He was attentive without being intrusive. It was genuinely a pleasure visiting this lounge!”

“Excellent vip lounge. We fast tracked through security which was fantastic as there was a queue of at least 200 people. The WiFi was very good, the drinks free flowing, the snacks for an airport lounge excellent. I would definitely recommend this lounge.”
