“I was most impressed with this lounge. After flying nearly 20 hours I needed a break and the Aspire lounge was great. The staff went out of their way to be super friendly. The food was far superior to other lounges I'd visited. There was not only full meals, but several choices! After a nice long shower, a drink and a meal I was ready to continue my journey refreshed. I'll definitely be back!”

“Booked for myself, husband and small daughter before a long trip. The lounge wasnt busy, it was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and drinks and snacks were freely available. First time we've used the lounge facilities and we'll definitely be booking again.”

“I found the overall experience of the lounge very pleasant with a good selection of food and beverages and very attentive staff. The only downside was the lounge appears rather shabby and tired and definitely could benefit from a refit or at least partial refit.”

“Have been in lounges many times and although still enjoy believe the standard has dropped. Not dim your side but customers. It did used to be exclusive but now anyone can book. Case in point it was busy and table we got was adjacent to a booth with couches where sat a couple and she was reckoned with her feet up in the settee while he spoke to a variety of friends with phone in loud speaker, perhaps it was first time out there village?? Not an isolated incident have felt this for a while”

“First time using the lounge and had a great experience. Breakfast items always available, loved self service, found a quieter area to sit and relax and charge phone. Added a Baileys into my coffee, didnt feel like much alcohol so early in the morning. Only a short walk to departure gates. Staff were amazing and cheerful. Will use the lounge every time I fly from now on.”

“The lounge was small with a lot of chairs (albeit comfortable) crammed into a small space. Wifi codes had to be requested from reception rather than being available freely in the lounge. Charging points appeared few and far between as well. The available food and drink was okay but overall I would not be rushing back to this particular lounge.”

“The lounge itself its ok but not worth the $$. Our flight was delayed and got to the lounge around 8PM and it looked like they were about to close and didnt care. I had glass of white wine which tasted like water and my husband had a cocktail, he told me it was THE worst cocktail he ever had.. no food available only snacks which had no taste. If i have known i would have saved $120 and bought food at the airport and just sat at our gate! My daughter didn’t have anything cause they had no kids meal or snack available for her! I will definetely save my dollars next time!”

“I have visited this lounge on numerous occasions but I am find it in increasingly disappointing upon each visit. We were a group of 11 people and upon arrival had no where to sit . There was a table reserved for a party of 12 , which I wasn’t aware was an option. Fortunately they hadn’t turned up so the lady on reception agreed we could use their area. When asking for two drinks to save the whole party going to the bar we were frowned upon questioned where the other people were and our drinks slammed on the counter. The bar lady then literally watched as we went back to the table to ensure we were not having two drinks ourselves. When we asked if we could have a double the same bar lady said she didn’t think it was possible and would have to ask her manager . To which we replied not to bother as it was too much hassle with an ever growing queue. We literally felt we were being observed everytime we picked up something to eat or wanted a drink. It made our group feel uneasy and I reminded them we had actually paid for the service it wasn’t ‘free’. The lounge was so busy the queue was up to the reception area and the staffs attitude was appalling and rude. Overall the experience wasn’t enjoyable and I will be thinking twice about using the lounge again.”
