“This was our best visit yet. We absolutely love the Aspire Plus Lounge. We always book it before we fly and for us its the start of our holiday. We travelled on Friday 22nd Feb and when we arrived the lady that signed us in said that they were very quiet that morning after a busy week. It was bliss. I have been in many times and its never been too crowded but there was only a couple of other people in and it was so lovely. We headed straight for the double TV booth area....our favourite spot. The lady serving behind the bar was lovely and friendly. There was plenty of self serve, sausage, bacon, egg and beans. We had sausage butties and the sausages were lovely. Really good quality and very tasty. It was a very relaxing way to spend 3 hours prior to our flight. I cant wait to return. Thank you”

“Very disappointed. Some friends recommend we try and airport lounge having never done so before, with them recommending the other lounge at manchester. As it happens - it was fully booked, so opted for this one. Never again. the food choice was poor, and of poor quality - its really not hard to make a bad job of a buffet breakfast. The lounge seats were not comfortable, with no plugs available at virtually all the tables. a section has been cordoned off for singapore airlines - what the hell for? There were singapore flights anyway! Very underwhelmed, disappointed and would advise all family and friends to save their £21 and book another lounge, or just not bother.”

“Whatever you do, don't expect to be able to laugh and joke and enjoy yourself...you're told you can't have anymore to drink as you're 'too loud' God forbid someone was actually enjoying themselves in the 'executive lounge'”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the lounge, however was disappointed to have been initially turned away at reception. I do recognise that this may have been partly my fault but as I understood it we were allowed up to three hours in the lounge. As such I put my flight departure time as 1pm as we intended to depart the lounge at that point and have a quick look around the shops before heading to the gate for the 2pm flight. When I had booked the lounge, I entered my flight number and this was readily accepted with a confirmed time of 10am to enter the lounge. Unfortunately when we arrived at the lounge, the manager (who was extremely pleasant and courteous) told me that we couldn't enter until 11am as that was three hours before my flight. I understand that these may be the rules, however there was no intent on my part to deceive in the slightest, we purely wanted to use the lounge for three hours before leaving at 1pm. I do understand that these may be the rules but it was very embarrassing given that there were other people waiting at the desk and it did little to enhance what I was hoping would be a relaxing experience. I might add that once we were in the lounge, the service was excellent and the staff a real credit to Aspire Lounges, without exception. Will certainly use again despite the initial issues.”

“Enjoyed the lounge. The staff at Glasgow were very helpful. I have Coeliac Disease and required gluten free food. Although the disappointing thing was there wasn't a very good choice. Was offered gluten free bread with Egg and bacon. Was rather bland and wasn't very well presented. However this is the case in most places, not much options for gluten allergy unfortunately. I would suggest this should be reviewed and something more appetising is offered. Other than that, good service from the staff in a nice relaxing atmosphere”

“I went to the Aspire Lounge at Heathrow T3 several weeks ago, and have pretty mixed feelings. The lounge is quite small and a lot of the seating (particularly the comfortable seating!) is reserved for travelers on specific airlines, most travelers not using those airlines have to make do with communal bench seating (similar to Wagamama’s restaurant). However there’s a reasonable selection of hot food, drinks (including alcohol) although I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t the standard array of cheese/crackers that most lounges have - just a tiny bit of unpackaged cheese and cream crackers. Also, there wasn’t anything sweet available to eat. Summary - not bad, but I’ve been in better airport lounges for sure.”

“Week day 1600-1830 visit with 3 other colleagues. Lounge not to busy. Service on entry and at bar fine. Warm food left out for long periods and obviously not replaced for many many hours. Selection of food/snacks highly disappointing Vs other Aspire lounges. Value for money very poor and would not return, unless improvements are made.”
