“The whole experience from booking to checking in was very easy. The lounge and facilities were clean. Choice of food was good and tasted better. The staff were smart, welcoming and friendly. A very good start to our break.”

“I visited lounge with my friends who hadn’t visited before and they were very impressed with a result they will be returning guests as they said it was the only way to start your holiday the service was excellent as was the food 🥘 we couldn’t fault a thing much more civilised than looking for seats 💺 in the airport lounge and excellent customer service we will be back my friends are telling everyone about their experience the only way to start your holiday”

“Fabulous experience from the staff, to the comfort and to the food. With a 6 hour lay over in Calgary this was a great way to spend the time. Well worth the money. Looking forward to my next trip and will definitely book again.”

“We chose the Aspire Lounge having tried a different not so good Terminal 5 lounge last year.We had an excellent view of the planes on the tarmac. The deli food and drinks (no free champagne!) were good .The seating was comfortable”

“Bought as an anniversary present for my parents and they loved it. Great selection of food and drink and the staff were great. This especially evident when my dad mentioned he would miss the scones and one of the ladies working went and got them two. Nice touch and great customer service.”

“Started our holiday off on the right foot by giving The Aspire Lounge a visit pre flight! Nice lounge to escape to! Good drinks selection of all types! Food selection was just enough to interest you! Hot & Cold selections available. Changes daily but on our day (Sunday) seemed to be meat free! That said the 3 bean chilli and rice went down well and salad with veg pasta was fine but the Mrs! Comfy seating and a retreat from the hustle & bustle outside was most welcome and put us both in a good state of mind! WiFi and reading material available and all staff seemed polite and helpful. No toilet within this facility doesn't really subtract from the overall experience! We would happily book again if flying from Birmingham Airport!”
