“Nice food choice, relaxing atmosphere most times, drinks choice and service all good. Efficient clearing up and great customer service.... especially welcomed when my body and mind jet lagged! 😁😁”

“Maureen and Alec were so very obliging and welcoming on our very early 430am on the 19th Nov. visit into the new aspire lounge, they did all they could to oblige us with a very welcoming manner....... Can I just add that myself and my hubby both would have had one or two Morgans spice or bacardi to toast or holiday, but sadly these have no longer been provided... What a shame as these are very popular amongst the older passenger like ourselves...”

“My first impression when i walked in was the cleanliness of the lounge. The young man at reception was smiling and looked pleased to see us which was lovely. We were shown around and it all felt so pleasant. The food was very good. It was fresh and displayed perfect. I actually spoke to the chef who was very smart and clean. The bar staff were friendly and polite. The lounge was well decorated and the seating very comfortable. One of the best ive been in. All in all a perfect start to our holiday. Couldn't have wished for a better lounge. Must say it is far superior to the one at manchester wher food was dry as though it had been there a long time and where staff looked as though they just didnt want to be there. Thankyou liverpool. You were great.”

“We enjoyed our visit to the lounge. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the food good. We were feeling relaxed when we left, pity our flight to Dubai and connection to Perth were cancelled and we were not able to travel until the following day”

“Always book the lounges as it makes you feel more relaxed before a flight. You can relax in comfort eat and drink what you like and keep an eye on the screens.staff always well presented and polite .it is a pleasure to go into the lounge and great value for money considering the prices at the other bars and cafes at the airport.”
