“Arrived at 17-30, found the range of food available very poor and in short supply also the soup that was available was cold, no one seemed to be concerned.”

“I very much enjoyed my visit. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were very friendly. Lunch was also good..enjoyed the salad option with cheese. The bar was always staffed so enjoyed a few drinks before my flight. Was very comfortable as found a quiet corner. Have used before and will use again.”

“Our first visit to the lounge on the 16th of February 2019 and we were made to feel welcome by Morag who explained everything to us both. The lounge was welcoming the choice of food and drink was just right. We will be back for our next flight out.”

“The lounge had a good range of drinks and snacks, was immaculately clean with attentive staff. It just lacked a bit of atmosphere on my visit as was very quiet - at one point I was the only person in there. Some background music or more ambient lighting might have made it feel more homely. Overall though a pleasant visit”

“Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was enjoyable and there was no limit to the drinks you were allowed to have. Only bad point was when I asked for nuts I was told no longer available as the choice was wide enough. Not everyone likes crisps☹️”

“Good breakfast rolls (if a little dry), plus good mix of alcohol available, and not over crowded. Biggest issue was the toilets were out of order - men’s completely out of order and women’s only had one cubicle working, which is the reason for the average score. Hopefully these are resolved in time for the next visit”

“Fabulous start to our holiday. Good atmosphere, good choice of food and drink. Food kept well topped up. Tables cleared of empty plates and glasses very quickly. Staff were all really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go again.”
