“A peaceful and well catered for lounge overlooking the apron and runway. Friendly staff and lovely food & drinks. Plenty of electrical sockets to charge equipment as well. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again on my next flight out of BHX.”

“Looking very grubby, lack of socket points, no craft ale and very basic larger choice, Food snacks also very limited compared to a previous visit. Overall disappointed and unlikely to book again until updates occur.”

“Was ok, Should be able to wear hats. Would appreciate a little more food selecetion. a good salad bar wouldnt go a miss. Staff who could actually pour a beer would also be a good place to start. The beer i ordered had more head than me on valentines.”

“Waited at the check in desk for over 10 minutes just for a member of staff to come and tick my name off a list a let me in. There was them cold food put out which was gone within minutes as there was not nearly enough. Wait at the bar was ridiculous as the lounge is clearly way understaffed. 2 members of staff to check in, serve drinks, serve good and clean up is clearly never going to work. Very disappointed and will not be visiting again. Wish I hadn't bothered”

“Fantastic facilities, great selection of drinks all for a reasonable price. Could use a wider selection of food as my partner and I both felt it was slightly limited but enjoyed nonetheless. Additionally a toilet within the lounge would have been great but this wasn’t much of an issue. The only thing I found to be slightly annoying was the way I felt I was treated by the server. It seemed to me that I was getting a second rate service as opposed to what the older customers were getting purely because I’m younger and it was visibly obvious that she was doing more for them. This didn’t ruin our experience however and we thoroughly enjoyed. We’ll be back!”

“Waitress serving behind the bar was very unhelpful and unfriendly to the point of almost being rude. And I would have thought that for £22.00 I would have been able to get a glass of prosecco. What's the difference in cost between that and a white wine?”

“The lounge was quiet and well maintained. Some food was good however some of it was plain. The drinks seemed to have only just been placed in the fridge so we’re not that cold, but other different options were available”

“I did not make my stay in your lounge as my flight was delayed a considerable time and after speaking to yourselves was informed that the lounge shut at 7.30 therefore would not be open, upon check in the oman air agent told me that they had requested they stay open later but unfortunately I had cancelled my lounge entry by that time, therefor I was very disappointed.”
