“Nice food, clean and neat area. Shower is a good walk away from lounge but fine for a quick refresh. I wish they had recliners for more comfortable sleeping. Staff is good and friendly - although I wondered why one guest was offered a blanket while other sleeping guests were not. Overall - a good buy, would definitely recommend!!”

“Due to a delay at check in we had only a short time in the lounge. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. A few of the hot breakfast items needed topping up but we found sufficient for a snack. (Items were eventually topped up but too late for us as we had to board. Will use again in future.”

“First time I have used an Airport lounge and Executive Lounge really does make the journey a much more relaxing and stress free experience. Receptionist was very welcoming and the staff in the lounge were friendly and helpful. Will certainly use Executive Lounge for all future trips.”

“First visit to Aspire Lounge Newcastle and we’re pleasantly surprised. From our arrival to departure the staff were first class. The decor was good and snacks and drinks options were excellent. I would fully recommend the experience.”

“Immaculate and comfy lounge. Food was lovely but plates were tiny so a bigger plate would have been better saves constantly getting up and down. No bad words. Staff were lovely and accommodating.”

“First visit to Aspire lounge - clean and tidy compared to other lounges used - plenty of seating available with tables or relaxed sofas - quiet and not too busy or noisy - self service with plenty variety of hot and cold food and snacks - would be happy to recommend and will return if using terminal 1!”

“Lounge was located in a good position overlooking the stands, however it was very small for the amount of people using it and there isn’t a charging point for everybody if needs be. Also there was no toilets in the lounge but there are some not far from it”
