“I was not impressed with the Dublin lounge, I thought the food selection was poor, no variety in what you could have warm as porridge that was nasty was the only hot option. The lounge had lots of dirty crockery on tables as the staff were slow to tidy. The receptionist was snotty and rude, and no where was it advertised in the terms and conditions that there was a 2 alcoholic beverage per person rule. It was a waste of money to use the lounge. The temperature was also too high! Save your money on this one it’s nog worth it!”

“I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered the lounge up until I left. I was greeted in a friendly way , staff were very attentive, the tables were cleared promptly, a wide range of food and drinks was available and the lounge was clean and tidy , and two lovely ladies walked us to the departure gate and wished us a safe journey.”

“Poor food selection of poor quality. Hot food was not hot and over cooked and dry also soup was cold. Lamps on chairs were broken all over the place, visible dirt and dust dirt marks on chairs food items under the chairs. Unfriendly staff most of the staff had a poor attitude. Out of 67 countries and countless airports this lounge is by far the worst I have ever seen.”

“A very pleasant experience again at Liverpool Executive lounge. We have used this facility on many occasions but I would just like to give a special mention to a lovely lady that works there, I managed to get her name this time and it was FIONA . For many travellers nowadays their well earn holiday starts off as an extra treat at the Airport lounges and I have to say this lovely lady epitomises the holiday spirit. She is always friendly, up beat and an absolute pleasure to meet, she is a breath of fresh air in comparison to some staff at other lounges close by. We stayed for about an hour and half having a couple of drinks and a light bite all of which was lovey. Well done Liverpool Executive Lounge please employ more people like FIONA. P.S the other staff were lovely but this lady always stands out for me 👍. Myself and a group of friends are travelling again in May so I do hope she on her shift that day.”

“Quite disapointed. I booked the Copenhagen Lounge whilst in the Lounge at London Gatwick where there was plenty of variety of hot & cold food & drinks. Whereas in Copenhagen, 1 Pot of soup didn’t satisfy us, seats weren’t comfy, Chunks of wonky logs as tables. Was very hard to make the most of £40 for 2 with what we were given.”
