“The lounge was very busy early evening and I struggled to find a seat (although I did eventually find one and it emptied out as the evening went on). There were also a lot of inconsiderate people talking on their phones constantly or watching films on their iPads without headphones, so it was far from the relaxing haven I’d hoped for - no more relaxing than the generic waiting area. The food was very basic but ok. My flight was delayed by two hours, so overall I was glad I booked.”

“As this was a birthday treat for my mum I bought myself, my sister and my mum tickets for the Aspire Lounge before we flew out to New York. I was extremely disappointed. The lounge felt dirty and worn out. The chairs were torn and it was extremely cold, where we sat with our jackets on. There was no background music, it was quiet and you felt as though you couldn’t talk. I had also asked for a cocktail at the bar and was told you didn’t offer cocktails, however a friend had received one the week before. I was disappointed with the whole experience, it wasn’t the start to my holiday I was hoping for.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our visit to aspire airport lounge prior to our flight to Egypt last week. Personally I believe a toaster should have been out for customers to use as part of the breakfast on offer, also only 2 toilets is definitely not enough for the amount of customers using the aspire lounge.”

“We used the executive lounge last week at Heathrow Terminal 5- it is in a really convenient location between gates and close to the departure shops. The staff were very helpful and efficient and the lounge provided good food and drink prior to take off. The layout was good as it provided a relaxing and fairly quiet environment even though it was reasonably busy. We would definitely use this facility again.”

“My stay in the lounge was around 6am at this time it was not overcrowded, the facilities are very good for the price. Breakfast food was good. The lounge is clean and tables cleared frequently. The selling point for me is the view of the runway and the chance to view the activities outside.”

“Excellent service; don't know why I hadn't booked this before! From walking in to reception, to being served by different bar staff, couldn't fault any of it. Comfortable surroundings, very relaxed and laid back with a nice vibe and wide range of drinks, snacks and treats. Brilliant all round!”
