“I will never book again I have been in this lounge b4 but never again it was sat 16 th March 2019 345pm, I went to the bar fir a gin and tonic no tonic I was offered a gin n butter lemon it was disgusting I asked for crisp or some sort of snacks was told there where none , I got to to check a cracker box left empty on the side it wasn’t clean I was offer some dry pasta that looked like it had been ther for hours I paid for four of us one of the party doesn’t drink alcohol asked for j20 ther were none !!! I said over £80 and what for next to nothing”

“I had read some of the reviews before I booked and I think some of them are very unfair, the lounge is small but clean, I would use again if travelling fro T5, the only negative is the hot food was luke warm.”

“We been to this lounge at least 10 times, it was so disappointing on this occasion, there was hardly any hot food.. And even when they refill it gone in seconds. Drinks were great as ever and staff are always lovely.”

“Once we realised we should have been looking for the Aspire lounge (!), we found lounge to be perfect for our needs with good selection of food and drink and approachable, polite and friendly staff. Would certainly use the facility again.”

“Good welcome. Initial impression was that it looked rather dull! However, we settled in and enjoyed a light snack and drink. The shower was lovely - well serviced by a young man. Felt very refreshed and enjoyed the rest after two earlier flights and before the next long-haul.”

“I was there at a busy time but all the food and drink items were renewed quickly, and dirty tables cleared at once My first visit to Aspire as I normally use a different lounge but would go back-and I appreciated the senior discount too.”

“Really enjoyed the lounge. Nice selection of food and drink. It was very quiet and peaceful however due to that there were not many staff on and had to wait at the bar for a while for any staff member to appear as Prosecco was held behind the bar.”

“This was a poor experience. The lounge advertises a range of premium beers. In fact that equates to more to on tap being poured from a jug, or a can of Guinness! Toilets were dirty with towels left all over the floor and service slow. There were crackers but no cheese and food was generally poor quality. I would not use again.”
