“Used this lounge on 17th March, the choice of food was very disappointing, we got tired of constantly having to ask for stocks to be replenished, and the staff were indifferent. To sum up it was a poor experience and poor value. We will not be returning.”

“Enjoyed our stay as we felt we had no hassle and were totally chilled out for our flight.The service of all the team members of staff was friendly and helpful. Would consider booking again for our next holiday in late summer. Forgot to mention good selection of food and drinks”

“Good start to holiday at Newcastle Aspire,would like to see some Irish whiskey behind the bar,which is not a big ask,another improvement could be a couple of apron view monitors of the runway area.One of the great things of the old Cheviot lounge was the view from windows and this lounge is a little dark”

“Our visit to the executive lounge in Manchester airport was very good. There was a good selection of breakfast cereals, bread, hot food etc. Gluten free bread was also available on request. It was quiet and relaxing before a long flight. Next time we are flying from Manchester, we will book again, well worth the money and more enjoyable than sitting in departure lounge.”

“Good lounge with a nice selection of food. My only criticism was that there was one half of the lounge segregated for business class clients with Singapore airlines and the rest was for everyone else. This business class section did not appear to receive anything differen, except different chairs and everyone else was quite crammed in to a small space but overall lovely staff and a nice start to the holiday.”

“Very accommodating to our group especially with a mix up on my end with regards to booking time that was sorted no problem. Plenty of options for food and drink, as a vegan this is great however a minor thing it would be very helpful if you could label specifically which food is vegan. Thank you and I will be returning.”

“We have visited on many occasions. Little disappointed this time My husband asked for portage and just got answer ...we have run out This was at 08.00 am !, The food was not great and as the loungeas busy staff were struggling to replenish”

“Not one of the better lounges that I have booked. Lounge was cold and in need of an update. Very few comfy chairs with charging facilities close by. Spirits continually running out and had to keep asking for them to be changed. Overall ok but wouldn’t use again.”
