“The courtesy of the staff was outstanding. Amazing customer service, thank you. The lounge is a little haven of peace and quiet....just what's required in the middle of a hugely busy airport! I recently made use of the Aspire lounge in Birmingham airport where I must say the range of food and drink provided was rather better than that at Heathrow. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my restful break in your lounge and will definitely be using it again. I have recommended your service to many of my friends, too.”

“The facilities at the lounge are the nicest I’ve been in. I would like to see more vegan options available eg butter and milk alternatives more easily accessible. However the staff were extremely helpful when I asked for these items”

“My flight to Heathrow was cancelled and so I was delayed in transit 24hrs. I received excellent assistance from both the staff in the lounge and via the online support desk. The lounge was, quiet, clean and well stocked.”

“Recently upgraded from The Upper Deck Lounge to The Loch Lomond lounge. Absolutely brilliant service, very comfortable, fantastic decor. Food choices were hot and cold, I chose just cold as the choice, quality and presentation was fantastic. The choices of cocktails looked fantastic. The atmosphere was chilled, just what I need at the airport. Absolute perfect choice for the start of a holiday. Would highly recommend and will most definitely use again.”

“I would highly recommend the airport lounge. The friendly atmosphere you are greeted with at the front desk to the people at the bar and food area make the start of your holiday feel special. You sit in comfortable seating away from the hustle and bustle of the airport which makes you relax. The food is very good with a great choice for all and a good selection of beverages from the bar. And all comes at a great price. I Will always use the lounge every time we go on future holidays.”

“Always use this lounge when going to Edinburgh Airport. Well worth the money. Staff courteous and give excellent service. Food and drink choices are good value. A nice area to chill before the flight.”
