“Friendly clean. Would have preferred a selection of brown bread as well as white. Sausages extremely tasty. There was more selection this trip. Previously we were disappointed but thought we would give it a second chance. Much improved”

“Small drinks served in bathroom type glasses. Veggie (vegetable) sausage obviously frozen and then just slammed on a plate and into the microwave...soggy bottom and wet!!! No toast!!! Buns stale. Dismal”

“It was great to escape the hustle of the airport in a quiet and cosy lounge. We arrived at breakfast time and the food was delicious. Free newspapers and magazines to read before we set off was great too.”

“I was worried that the lounge would be really crowded like the reviews said, but it was very nice and relaxing. The staff did a great job keeping the food well stocked and removing dirty dishes. I appreciated some of the complimentary alcoholic beverages such as the prosecco and bloody marys.”

“Warm welcome, relaxing and spacious lounge with television and WiFi. Unfortunately the connection was rather slow. Good selection of drinks. Food choice of food was more limited with some dishes being rather uninspiring. However, we considered it good value and we left feeling refreshed after our very early start.”

“Unexpectedly, the lounge was completely empty when I arrived at 6:30am. There was a good choice of comfortable seats, and a reasonable variety of both hot and cold items on the breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and as a sole traveller, spending a little extra to use the lounge took the stress out of waiting for my flight without worrying about leaving my luggage.”
