It was ok. It was really busy and I struggled to find a seat, the food choices were limited. Overall it was not as good as the Gatwick lounge..

The Aspire lounge was an excellent choice pre flight to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. We had one of the quiet booths at the back and it was ideal. Relaxed environment with no restrictions on food and drink, making it excellent value for money

It's a great place to relax in a peaceful environment whilst waiting for your flight and also enjoy snacks and drinks.

Staff were superb. But we didn’t see any advantage of paying the extra cost. Going back to the other lounge.

Very average! One chap on the staff was very helpful but otherwise there was a general malaise with the staff. We had a very slow queue to get in even though we had prepaid. The bar had a sign reminding one on the limit of drink that could be served which felt more like a limit on the amount they wanted to serve as opposed to looking after other flyers safety, The food was limited and average. I will not be using this lounge again I will save the money and go to the Witherspoon which shows the standard of Executive Lounges.

Good place to stay before your flight. The service is very good, the food on offer is quite acceptable. The only annoying thing is that some passengers with low social responsibility are able to buy their way to Aspire plus and get drunk and noisy. This is quite unusual though for this lounge.

I used to love Newcastle’s Cheviot Lounge. Now Aspire has 2 mediocre offerings where you can’t even pour your own drink, all the mixers are in huge communal bottles and The (cheap and nasty) food is ‘left out’ in an unappealing buffet. OK it’s still an escape - but hardly a premium or pleasant offering. Toilets particularly nasty.

Clean with friendly welcoming staff. Plenty of choice of food and drinks and a really relaxing way to start your holiday.

Quite a good experience rather than having to sit ina lounge downstairs, helpful staff and nice food before boarding an aircraft for a 7.5 hour flight , plus a couple of beers

Best place to relax before you fly Very good value and comfortable No unruly idiots shouting for attention because they are about go on holiday. Little or no unruly children behaving as they please due to incompetent parents. So in short again Good value.

Sadly a very disappointing experience at Bristol Aspire Lounge. Food left out, long queues for food and no table on arrival. Food advertised on Website not on display. I complained to Executive Lounges on my return, but felt they didn't believe me. I would encourage anyone using Aspire in Bristol who feel shortchanged, to take photos and perhaps complaints will be taken seriously.

We prefer this lounge to the new lounge in Edinburgh Airport probably because we have used it so often. We always find the staff very friendly and helpful. We are aware of a refurbishment on the cards and look forward to using this lounge in the future, especially if it is for adults only.

Lounge was lovely, staff were very welcoming and food was great. Great choice of food from Bacon rolls and scrambled egg to cereal and fresh pancakes. Would recommend to anyone as a fab start to there holiday. A comfortable, quiet, relaxing place to go before your flight.

Service was good, food is adequate maybe an additional warm option. The room is quite chilly at times.

Not impressed at all - we paid up front only to find that it was cheaper for people who simply paid on arrival?! Ridiculous situation.

I did not see any difference between Aspire plus and Aspire Lounge except the price, quite disappointed with Aspire plus outcome. Food was only warm, sorry to say will not be frequenting again.

I travel very frequently several times a year, mostly in groups of either couples or my girlfriends. Every time for at least the least 15 to 20 years we have booked into the lounge on every single trip. I find it very relaxing being away from the crowd and the hustle and bustle of the main airport. I have always found the food and drinks on offer to be of great quality and the staff very helpful and friendly and will continue to use it for all my trips. Keep up the good work !!

This was myself and my wife’s first visit to the lounge and we didn’t quite know what to do to make the best of our visit such as could we have toast or perhaps a fried egg but what we did experience we definitely enjoyed our time in Aspire and we would definitely visit again
