“I bought both micro silent brown/black field crickets. The arrival time of my purchase was very quick and the packaging was also to a pretty high stardard. Although, there were no air holes within the plastic containers themself and a very small, dried up (spinach) leaf. Now, although the black field crickets came to me in a fair number to feed my animals. The silent brown crickets had pretty much all died off. Granted these things are likely to happen. Esspecially with crickets. Just a thought for other buyers.”

Hi Daniel, The lack of air holes is actually deliberate, as the crickets will escape through them, unlike the larger sizes. The cabbage is put in each micro tub to provide some food/moisture for the insects. Micro crickets won't last more than a few days under normal circumstances (especially at this time of year), so if you need something that lasts a bit longer, we'd recommend bean weevil and fruit fly cultures as alternatives. “Very good product and speedy delivery, goods requested to be left in Garage and they were, however the (very good) packaging had been badly damaged en route with 2 great big holes in your freezer box. Not suppliers fault but perhaps use another courier service who don't abuse the parcels. Goods inside were well packed though so remained fairly frozen, thanks Emma”

“I’ve always liked using exotic-pets for buying my kit and animals. I have 12 scorpions and have purchased the majority of them from you guys. However, recently you options of scorpions has decreased massively which is sad and forced me to find them elsewhere. But that does not change the excellent service I’ve had from you guys over the years.”

“Lady on phone very helpful. Order came early. However courier failed to ring and just left items behind wheelie bins. They got wet in thunderstorm as we did not notice that they were there.”
