Thank you for your recent review. I have scanned our email system and phone log and I cannot find any record, of you informing of us a spider arriving DOA. Had you of contacted us, we would have requested a digital photograph and if appropriate, issued an immediate refund/replacement. I have previously bought brown crickets from Pets at Home and have always been disappointed by their high mortality. I have also been concerned about their welfare: our farmed cattle etc are produced for food also, but we are rightly outraged when basic requirements of food and water are denied during their live transportation. The crickets bought in store have an uncertain 'shelf life' and are kept without access to food or water gel. My purchase from Exotic Pets, on the other hand, arrived promptly and I did not find any dead crickets within the three packets delivered. They are also the liveliest crickets I have ever seen and so far their mortality (other than being eaten by my gecko) has been virtually negligible. I am very impressed by this, my first introduction to Exotic Pets. And I'm not being paid to say this!

Picked up my new Marbled Salamander along with a few other bits using their click & collect option and the whole process couldn't have been smoother! Everything was ready as soon as I arrived and the staff we're super friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them in the future!

My last 2 orders i got exactly what i asked for :) My 3rd order i ordered XL locusts and recieved small to medium locusts!! Not happy :(

I ordered a millipede starter kit, the tank was cracked on arrive. For the price I payed I would expect the tank and kit to be delivered with adaquate packing and the correct type of carrier service, instead of the cheapest options.

If you have received a damaged tank from us, we can only apologise. It's rare that items we send out, get broken in transit, as we carefully select the most reliable and trustworthy couriers. From our records, it looks like you haven't made any contact with us prior to leaving your review. Once I read the review and we knew of this situation, I made an immediate attempt to contact you by phone and left you a voicemail asking you to contact me with more details. I've have also emailed you, requesting a photo of the damaged product you have received. This was now several days ago and I've not yet had a response. Please contact us by phone or reply to the email that has been sent to you and we'll gladly get this situation rectified and a replacement item dispatched. Thanks Chris

I ordered Frozen mice which were delivered in a freeze pack by 10am the next morning they were still frozen on delivery and I was very happy with how they were packed and delivered. I'll be ordering again soon. Thanks you

I have never ordered a live animal via the internet for delivery before. However, any fears I may have had were unfounded as Exotic Pets delivered a beautiful baby Bearded Dragon to my daughter on time, and in perfect condition. He/she (don't know which yet) has settled in perfectly without any problems, and appears completely healthy and happy. Many thanks.

The site states "new stock of feed"every Tuesday....my order of morioworms was placed on the Sunday....despatched on the following Tuesday....supposedly "1st class postage?" Delivered on Saturday afternoon! More than half the worms were dead or dying. Live feed sales from this site need to be despatched, and more importantly....DELIVERED, by a more efficient service. If the order was FRESH?....then the worms should of still been in good condition. Sorry, won't buy again from here.

I'm really sorry to hear about you receiving this delivery late and it arriving with you in poor condition. I can confirm, we did dispatch this order within two working days of you placing your order and we did send it 1st class. Unfortunately, it looks like there has been a severe delay with Royal Mail, most likely due to it being Christmas week.
