“Couldn't believe it when we received a phone call just hours after we came off line. we couldn't complete the booking as my partner didn't have his passport at the time. Helen phoned to asked if she could help. we made arrangements for her to call back when we had the details and it was completed over the phone three days later, Helen reserved our holiday as we wanted the direct flights (not changes).”

“I have been with Exotica before but as a couple. We had a great holiday therefore I had no qualms to book with them again. I have just booked as a solo, holiday looks great value for money, I don't go til next year. It is somewhere I have always wanted to go. The solo supplement was really reasonable, compared to so many other companies. The booking process was easy, i had one problem which is why I gave 4 rather than 5 stars, but this is now resolved & quite easily.”

“First time round ensure you choose a flight with baggage allowance which I didn't for a 13 night holiday, really stressed me out.
