Great price, help and support available throughout the trip, exoticca app needs updating as at some points it had not updated the payments pending section.

Our trip to South Korea was well worth the cost and very good value for money. We were kept informed up to the time of our departure of updates to our booking so we had no concerns. Our guide was a lovely young guy who stayed with us for the whole of our trip. The only issue we had was that his pronunciation of English words was not always easy to interpret. The itinerary was a perfect mix of history and environmental. We particularly liked the visit to Palace on the first day where we arrived in good time to see the changing of the guard and their traditional and colourful uniforms. Our guide should have shown us where to stand to get a good view of the ceremony long before he did so by the time he did, the crowd was already 4 to 5 people deep and being short, it was difficult to get a good view which was a little disappointing. We also enjoyed the visit to the Wetlands, the traditional village and the Bamboo garden as well as visiting Temples and Buddhas and two cable car trips! We were really pleased that we paid for the optional trip to the DMZ zone as well as it was one of the highlights of our visit as was a walk round the street market! This is an amazing trip ideal for anyone looking to learn about the history, traditions and environment of South Korea.

It was good holiday but unfortunately my money had been stolen in one of the hotel but overall I had a good time . It would good if they had included a checked luggage with the trip . This is because I had paused more then £200 extra because of checked bags.

Overall a very good holiday to Albania, some hotel rooms quite small & nowhere to put your open suitcase, as we were on the move everyday. Our guide very knowledgable. Food very good & fair price. Beautiful views & lots of trees, plants & flowers. Lovely to see the old buildings painted & lovely polite people.

Great trip to Peru. Well looked after by excellent guides. Comfortable transfers with pick ups always on time. Well organised & a good price. we had to find out ourselves about the flights & add our own checked baggage which was an added expense. Exoticca had booked flights with different airlines so we couldn't add baggage online. we were told we could only add checked baggage at the airport which cost us a lot more money. Return flight was delayed which meant we missed our connecting flight. After some issue Iberia kindly booked us on another flight. But it did mean we then had to pay for a drink & anything to eat which was free on our outward journey. All except one of the hotels were good. Over all a great holiday with many good tours, guides were all informative & knew their stuff. Would definitely recommend Exoticca. Thank you for a great trip

Although the trip was good, the support if you need it is very sketchy. When I booked the tour, to my surprise the flights were booked without any checked baggage, but it said I could add baggage later. When I asked to see about adding bags I didn't get a response until a few days before the flight, by which time I managed to add them myself. A wrong time for an add-on excursion meant I was waiting more than an hour for a guide to arrive. The 24/7 support via Whatsapp (the only way you can communicate with them when on holiday) was non-existent until I had actually resolved the issue myself. That said, I was picked up promptly from the airport and returned by individual chauffered transport and the tour takes you to a lot of places around Korea. The Hotels are of good quality and the transport was good and seems good value for money. The guide seemed new to the task as he was continually researching the destinations on his phone and didn't know in-depth about things. But he was really helpful in advising on restaurants and happy to help in his free time. Just hope that you don't have any issues

Overall the tour was excellent. We did choose to go the luxury stay based on other reviews, which we were grateful for as some of the other hotel accommodations were not as nice based on what other travelers shared. We felt very safe, rooms were nice. Our driver and tour guide were excellent, the cost of the trip did include entry fees to the sites, museums etc. The locations we visited were stunning and it was a lovely way to see Greece. The tour was very structured and we stayed on time without any issues. The only downside we experienced was that it was difficult to find the Exoticca representative at the airport as they were tucked behind the cruise line representatives and we couldn't see them. However, we did call Exoticca and they did tell us that the representatives were at the airport, so we did another search. It would have been nice to have the App updated as our tour was backwards from what was in the App and it never updated. Our free day was actually at the end of the tour not the beginning. We would definitely be willing to use Exoticca for another trip.

Did Vietnam (awesome), Cambodia (OK) and Thailand (great). Exoticca orgainisation was terrific (although Thailand 3rd party organisation seems a bit chaotic). Amazing countries with great diversity with warm and friendly people. Street food 110% for flavour, price and excitement.

The Peru 360 trip is full on, well priced but expect long days travelling made even longer if you book the added trip to Rainbow Mountain as it occurs the day after Machu Picchu....4hrs sleep that night as there was a delay getting back to the hotel at midnight after Machu Picchu then up at 4am for a 5am departure. Hotels so so, listed as "charm" I'd say a 2*, one especially wasn't in a good location, was told it was 15mins to the old town...actually we are quick walkers and it was a good 40mins, uphill a very busy main road, not somewhere you would go in the evening. Exoticca need to mention that on the internal flights you can only take 1 bag with you into the cabin. For some reason Exoticca did not book our 2 hold bags with the airline for the return journey from Lima to London, causing a delay at check in while the check in desk made various phone calls....why, when they were booked for the outward journey🤔🤔

Our experience of the 10 day bus trip through the Balkans was well organised, varied and interesting. The route taken from one country to the next was through some of the most beautiful scenery. On arriving at each new location, we were given a brief history and short tour and then the rest of the day was ours. There were many highlights for us, including trips to Perast, Kotor and Budva in Montenegro and the contrast visit to Durmitor National Park staying in what was by far the best hotel surrounded by snow-capped mountains. The town of Mostar was really beautiful and having lunch alongside the peaceful Buna river, surrounded by beautiful scenery was outstanding. Of course, Dubrovnik was a well worthwhile visit but our stay here was too short and we felt that an overnight stay would have been better as there was too much travelling in one day. Whereas, the evening in Medjugorje was disappointing. Certainly, many wonderful places of interest of each country were selected and because we went at an off-peak time, the roads were pretty quiet so this contributed to a great trip. Last, but not least, I must give a big 'shout-out' to our guide, Saimir Byka, aka.Sam. He has such a lovely, friendly manner and was caring and understanding. He had an excellent knowledge of the places we visited, giving us tips on what to see and recommendations on where to eat. The most impressive thing was his recall of the background of each country's history and his fun, historic stories. Having him with us at every part of the trip (& also at the end of the phone at all times) made this trip even more special. It must be noted that there is a lot of travelling on this trip. Every morning, suitcases need to be brought down and put back on the bus in preparation for a new hotel. Although there were organised stops along the route, I think it would have been reassuring to have a working toilet on the bus. Even though most of the hotels were pretty good, the breakfasts were very average. Maybe, visit a few less places so more time could be spent at each one. However, value for money was very good and we had an excellent flavour of the Balkans. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent itinerary, excellent hotels and guide. Everything went according to plan once we had our baggage was checked in at the airport. Superb trip and excellent value for money. Thank you. Tip.. when booking, ensure baggage is booked in at the same time…. if you don’t, you’ll not get an answer or help from AI generated customer service. We would book again because the trip was so good.

Very helpful representatives from exoticca in India; the guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy when it came to go to the shops. Good hotels, with the exception of Delhi, due to being next to wedding venues, very noisy. We visited amazing places and due to the guide experience, we managed to take photos of Taj Mahal without people( which gets very crowded) Good value for money

Just booked another holiday with exoticca , spoke to Emma, we combined two African trips without flights. This enabled us to have more down time before each trip and get the flights we wanted. We were happy with the price and Emma was very good.

Very well organised trip & great experience; however, do not accept connect flights, when there is direct flights to & from the UK & also when flying from Iguaza to Rio. Be wary in Cuzco as we realised to late that hotel was changed from the originally booked one (which was in great location) when there was no need. Those issues aside, very slick operation
