“The trip had everything planned from accommodation to transfers to the most amazing guides. Seeing so much in seven days with guides (Aladdin, Noha and Maged) who are so passionate about the sites they took us to really brought the history to life. For the price of the trip I can not fault any part of it. The itinerary was quite loose so be prepared for things to change but this didn’t take away from the tour. Going in the low season means some early mornings to beat the heat but this was very much appreciated!!”
“Overall, the trip was incredible - very well organised, with fantastic excursions and excellent guides throughout.
The only downside was that several of the “excursions” turned out to be sales pitches. For example, we’d be told we were going to see how alabaster is made, only to end up in a shop being encouraged to buy products. It became quite frustrating, particularly as these stops weren’t made clear in the itinerary and felt more like marketing opportunities than genuine sightseeing experiences.”

“The service provided by the agents is excellent. They go out of their way to help organise the perfect trip. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is their policy of charging an adult price for a child sharing a room. I think that is not right.”

“Our second holiday with Exoticca was to the Baltic States for 7 days and was overall a great trip. Our guide Akvile was superb and we enjoyed the guided tours of each city & the time allowed to explore by ourselves. The stops between Vilnius & Riga and also Riga & Tallinn were a good addition to the trip. Akvile gave recommendations for places to eat & local food to try which was very helpful.”

Our trip to Japan went without a hitch thanks to Exoticca. We chose the self guided tour so that could explore as we liked. The hotels were as expected, small but adequate, and the location of all of them was perfect. Our friends were able to upgrade at all the hotels for an extra charge. I would encourage anyone using Exoticca to fully read the information they send you as there are some good useful tips. We will definitely be booking with them again.”

“I really enjoyed the trip to Peru and most things were very good. However, half of our group was Spanish speaking and half English speaking. This meant that all information/instructions had to be given in two languages. This took a long time, it lengthened each excursion and also meant it was difficult to bond with the part of the group who did not speak our language.”

“Our trip to South Korea was well worth the cost and very good value for money. We were kept informed up to the time of our departure of updates to our booking so we had no concerns. Our guide was a lovely young guy who stayed with us for the whole of our trip. The only issue we had was that his pronunciation of English words was not always easy to interpret. The itinerary was a perfect mix of history and environmental. We particularly liked the visit to Palace on the first day where we arrived in good time to see the changing of the guard and their traditional and colourful uniforms. Our guide should have shown us where to stand to get a good view of the ceremony long before he did so by the time he did, the crowd was already 4 to 5 people deep and being short, it was difficult to get a good view which was a little disappointing. We also enjoyed the visit to the Wetlands, the traditional village and the Bamboo garden as well as visiting Temples and Buddhas and two cable car trips! We were really pleased that we paid for the optional trip to the DMZ zone as well as it was one of the highlights of our visit as was a walk round the street market! This is an amazing trip ideal for anyone looking to learn about the history, traditions and environment of South Korea.”
“It was good holiday but unfortunately my money had been stolen in one of the hotel but overall I had a good time . It would good if they had included a checked luggage with the trip . This is because I had paused more then £200 extra because of checked bags.”
