“My Albania, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia trip was excellent but covering this amount of ground in 10 days was full on but very much worth the effort. A special mention for our guide Saimir who was excellent.
The only reason I did not give Exoticca 5 stars was concerning the flights with Wizz Air. I was only able to access the airlines site to book luggage and seats 24 hours before departure. Why can you not access the airlines site as soon as Exoticca book the seats? This could be a particular problem on long haul flights if say you needed to book extra legroom seats which may sell out quickly.”
“A fantastic trip throughout, great places visited and well organised . Flights were ok but a couple were late in the afternoon . Hotels were lovely apart from the one I mentioned, the staff in all the hotels were so friendly and helpful .”

We are many time users of Exoticca and had one occasion to complain about hotel quality - we apparently agreed to disagree but were offered a token voucher. It hasn't stopped us using Exoticca.”
“The price was excellent. The hotels were good but breakfast at the Si hotel was a real bun fight. I personally found the trips at the start of the week to be rather repetitive as there are only so many old ruins that I can look at. While the guide was very pleasant, he had a tendency to forget that the average age in our group was around 75 years, he would gallop off and the tourists sometimes struggled to keep up. Our original flight was cancelled and we encountered some issues with wizzair regarding the alternative flight. That being said I would highly recommend exotica”

“We had an excellent trip to Peru. The fact that it was 24/7 travel and sightseeing, with little time for sleeping, free time or catch-up, was our fault for choosing the full-on itinerary! Everything worked according to plan. We were extremely impressed with the logistical efficiency of Exoticca/Condor Travel with little, so it would seem, left to chance. Great guides and excursions and I found Condor Travel very helpful and responsive compared to the less than helpful Exoticca app. While generally the accommodation was quite acceptable, there were one or two weak links and, on reflection, we should have booked in Superior rather than Chalm. NB 'breakfast at the hotel' is mostly a bag of poor and unhealthy food to be eaten on the hoof.”

The accommodation was great for the price, the flights were good, the food was great on the cruise. The local guides were fab and couldn't fault Planet tours. Every question was answered and everything was well organised. Would highly recommend.”

Group had varied nationalities who all got on very well and made the trip.
I recommend only booking when flights are within range so you can control the stopover times.

“This is our 2nd trip with Exoctica , peru was last yr , an amazing trip , booked with Exoctica for Bali . Bali was not a great destination for us ..very touristy . Non stop traffic etc . But cant fault exoctica , or the local tour group. We had a private guide througout, hotels were good , trips well organised ..although again we wouldnt return ..rice fields and monkey forest are just tourist traps ..our guides were very understanding in this. Temples are amazing in Jakarta , beaches in Bali are quite dirty and disappointing , but we had a brilliant hotel , food is cheap and very good , on the last day with our guide we went to a local Warung and he ordered fish head soup ...actually quite tasty .
Only concern ..check your luggage allowance , twice now its been missing from internal or return flights , Lionair , didnt charge us . Exoctica refunded the cost in Peru .... Would we use Exoctica again ...already looking”
