“We received our shutters in perfect condition and were easy to install we did however purchase our own screws because we wanted something more sturdy. Overall we love the shutters and would recommend buying from Exterior solutions.”

“Order was fulfilled and shipped so quickly! Received our shutters within a week and hung them up without any issues. Having spare screws was super helpful, as we did need the extras that were included. Thanks!”

“Exterior Solutions were great to deal with, unfortunately some of the product came in broken. I was able to repair them enough to install, but it would have been nice to just get them in as ordered. The delivery took so long to get t hem initially, I just didn't want to wait for replacements.”

“I absolutely love the black, 4 board, board and batten shutters I ordered from here. They really just finished off the whole house. Will be ordering more for the other side of our home. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because they took longer to ship than it said (about a week or so longer).”

“Only as good as the vendor they represent therefore its that vendor's customer service decision that manages the problem. In the case of our shutters ordered that warrants a rating of one star as we were not happy with the quality of our shutters received and it was too expensive to send them back based on terms and conditions for a return.
