“Your copper covers arrived on time and everything looks great. However, I have received dozens of advertisement emails ever since I place this order with you. Please "call off the dogs" and eliminate my email from whatever service is paying you to distribute my information or I will never buy anything from you again.”

“I ordered shutters. I thought they would be up to Harvey’s standards. They are not. They are much cheaper and flimsy. They are not like my original shutters. I’m disappointed.”

“I am so sorry I purchased you composite shutter, poor quality. I paid over $1.5k and they look like $100 shutters. The when I took the shutter out of the box for my installer. I paired the shutters and the next morning I was going to put them at each window. When I did that the paint peels off. See pics. Plus the shutter had ruff spots and the color was no were closed to what was shown. I know it o the computer and each computer is calibrated differently but it was way off. If I had to do it again I buy from another company.”

“They had the shutters I needed in stock and the product arrived 2 days after I ordered on a Sunday ! I couldn’t believe how quick it was . Product was packaged properly and looks like quality materials .”

“The delivery of the shutters was a disaster. They left the shutters in a pile a quarter mile down a hill from my house. I was never notified that they were delivering them, or that they had left them. We discovered them by accident and then had to haul 256 pounds of shutters up to our house.”

“We were thrilled with receiving the shipment within a week as opposed to three weeks as noted. However, the quality and the price are ridiculous compared to the quality and price of shutters from the Home Depot or Lowes. For $628.00 I was expecting a high quality product. The shutters are flimsy at best. I honestly feel troubled that I have to express my disappointment. But you requested customer feedback.”

“The shutters were flimsy and certainly not worth the price I paid for them. Neighbors who were helping me hang them concurred. As far as the fasteners that were included, they are totally useless, breaking in half and twisting. I ended going to the hardware store and purchasing screws that were far superior and much easier to install.”

“Very good service. The woman I placed the order with was very helpful each time I called. Unfortunately I don't know her name but she answered each time I called the regular phone number (not the toll-free number) She had all the information I needed and made the ordering process very efficient. I appreciate her help. It's a good thing she was so capable because I gave up trying to order on your website!! The shutters are exactly what I wanted and improve the appearance of my house considerably.”

“The website was easy to use so ordering was breeze. The shutters shipped on time and were delivered in a timely manner. The shutters are exactly what I ordered and expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to send an email when the items ship that provides contact details for shipping vendor. Overall, it was a very good purchase experience.”
