“The Shutters are great but upon delivery several were damaged”

“The customer service was polite and helpful.i have to say I was very disappointed with the slates . They were VERY ROUGH like they had coarse sand.I had excellent painters who had to sand them down twice , re prime and then painted. They are still not smooth BUT much better than before. I have to say , I’m very pleased with the outcome and they really are beautiful shutters and high quality. I love that the hardware is not visible . They look great!”

“Good quality. Only concern was with order. I originally ordered a 18x90 black shutter for our church. The same day I emailed comp asking if it was too late to change color to dark green and got a return email saying no problem. 2 days later I received the black shutters on a 92 pound pallet. I just figured they didn’t get my request to change colors in time. Three days later I received a 2nd pallet with green shutters. Checked the credit card and the charged me a 2 nd fee for shutters. Also received a note in box because it was considered a special order (18x90”) it was non returnable. At no time did they inform me that the green shutters would be charge even though I requested a change of color in email before first set was shipped”

“Hello we purchase the shutters for on your client Due to the hurricane Milton storm causing Replacement of the damaged one Homeowners stated that they really liked that they were assembly together better than expected Very good quality of material We will definitely be purchased / more product from you guys in the future when we need to have orders We will be happy to put your name out Thanks again Robert's Southern Home Repair services”

“Great shutters at a very fair price. However you mounting system is not the greatest. No reinforced adge, all hollow, and those silly plastic anchors that do not standup to strong winds keeps you from getting a 5 Start review”

“The shutters were acceptable. I have no complaints as to their construction or appearance. However the fasteners supplied with them and recommended for use are a joke. Having taken one look at them it was more than apparent that I would have to purchase some screws to do the job.”

“I wanted shutters in the color called Cranberry. They were "special order" so my credit card was charged before they shipped. The shutter color was not avaible at that time. After a few weeks I asked for a refund and was given one quickly. I ordered the same size shutters in "paintable". I used the recomended primer and paint. The unpainted shutters plus the paint about equalled the cost of the prepainted. I'm hoping the Sherwin Williams paint will not fade as quickly as what I see on other houses. The one "custome sized" shutter I ordered was not an exact match to the others and seemed to be of lesser quallity. I'm glad I did not spend the extra money to get all of the shutters custom sized. One shutter was slightly damaged (I assume during shipping) but I can work with it. The price seems high for pressed plastic but that is a manufacturing thing not the distributor. They were packed well and shipped UPS ( The driver was not happy). I plan to install them next week. I'm hoping all goes well.”

“The shutters I ordered were of very good quality with the exception of several imperfections in the pine. I inadvertently ordered double quantity despite the notation that are sold in pairs.”

“Easy to order from, came in a timely fashion, and pretty easy to install. I did have a little blemish on one pair of the shuttters, probably happened during shipping.”

“The website is good and very user friendly, the only improvement I would recommend is a rear photo of the shutter also not just the fronts. I ordered a sample of the shutter which I was interested and proved very valuble in ascertaining if the shutter would be appropriate. Customer service was responsive and friendly.”
