“I received the shutters I ordered but have not opened the package yet due to the weather and other obligations. I hope they look good. When I ordered a colored sample, it arrived but was not finished, so I could not tell how the paint finish looked. The order for (1) pair of shutters took a loooooong time. My plan was, to install the one pair and see how it turns out, then I have (4) additional pair I need. I hope the lead time is not as bad. The folks on the phone have always been very pleasant and helpful. Thanks. JB”

“Great communication throughout the process. We are a little disappointed in the construction quality of the B&B vinyl shutters, (stapled together) and that the "Z" board B&B were only available in composite. That being said, I feel like once they are hung, the assembly/construction of these won't really affect the longevity as these are non-functioning/just decorative shutters. I think they will be just the ticket to add character to our little home, but since we won't be hanging these till warmer weather, I can't add a picture! Company was supportive throughout the order process... and they arrived well pkg'ed and palletized.”

“My only regret is that I, as a novice, didn't know that the composite shutters did not have ventillation slots. I have requested information from the company about a couple of things and am waiting for a response.”

“The shutters themselves were good. They seem sturdy and durable. I appreciated being able to get a free sample set for color matching to existing shutters. I wish there was an easy way to send those back so they could be reused. Also, the ordering and shipping process was pretty fast, much faster than I expected! I will say that I wish the bolts had more rigidity to them—I found them bending in several cases when I was getting them through the board and into the siding, particularly for higher shutters. Also, in trying to drill the holes into my siding, I accidentally scraped the face of a couple of shudders, and the scratch looks pretty white and bright. You can't see the scrapes with the shutters on the house, but the product overview said the color was blended all the way through, which it is, but that scuffs would look the same color as the product, and I didn't find that to be the case. Overall though, I would purchase again if I needed more shutters.”

“As ordered. Design pattern is very nice as I received the paneled model. I would prefer a thicker shutter but these are acceptable.”

“shutters arrived approx when delivery was scheduled , so good timing there. they are as ordered, another plus. the copper tops for them ( they are being painted black ) add a sophisticated look that is very minimal(very little of the copper shows after they are in place ) I am satisfied with this purchase thank you”

“The shutters look lovely in the box! They are exactly the color of the sample I had ordered from Exterior Solutions. Because of Covid our order was delayed. I believe ES did the best they could getting the shutters here as soon as they possibly could. Delivery went very smoothly. We can’t get the shutters installed because our contractor is recovering from Covid. Sigh! However, I can’t wait to see our new shutters installed. I’ll send a picture….hopefully sooner than later!”

“Some edges had bent or pinched marks that blemished the dark brown finish to a light gray look For a vinyl or plastic shutters they are great.”

“They look good the only problem is on the side there are small white spots, it’s uniform it looks like they were placed on some kind of a holder while the color was applied.”

“Once I ordered my shutters, the delivery date was extended by a few weeks which was not a problem since it was not manditory they be installed immediately. Packaging was fine. There were no instructions included but not a problem. You can find almost anything on the internet! I can't say the shutters are of steller quality as they were assembled with staples. I will know more in a few years.”

“Wonderful product and easy to install. Really helps to break up the brick exterior of our house… the color swatches were a great asset to help color match our front door. The team was helpful all the way from purchase to install.”

“Although all of the original panels we received had to be replaced due to defects, the replacements were done in a timely manner and without much hassle. We do like the look of the shutters now that they are on the house.”

“I love my new shutters. The ordering process was super simple, I ordered by phone. I picked a board and baton style which is perfect and the colors available made it possible for me to match my siding for a wonderful monochromatic look. My order arrived when expected via a freight service. I give exterior solutions a 5 star rating and would recommend their product and company to my friends.”

“They look great, but we have not had them installed yet. We are waiting until October to complete out house painting and shutter installation. I look forward to the new appearance on the front of our home!”
