“Shutters are decent quality. Information on site states a four week turnaround. I went on vacation and they shipped two weeks early and had to make arrangements with neighbors to put in the garage. Excellent ordering system and they made them exactly the size I needed”

“Purchasing online checkout was perfect. The wait time for 9 pair was 10 weeks. That is not a problem however during checkout there could be something clear that suggests the estimated time of delivery. Once delivered the product and craftsmanship was very good. “Dear Sirs: I received the shutters which appear to be well made. However, I was expecting the shutters to be all wood, and not with composite raised panels. I tried to assess how this happened, and realized that the mistake was on my part....in part. On your webpage, the shutters are pictured with all wood for wood rails, stiles, and paneling. But the description of the panel is written with panels being composite. So I made the mistake of ordering the panels, and they arrived with composite paneling. One could say that the picture is misleading and that I didn't, as a purchaser, read correctly the written description. Also, perhaps because of the composite paneling, they are very heavy. So, overall, you delivered a quality shutter, but if the all wood panels are lighter, then I didn't get something with which I would be thoroughly satisfied. The shutters are for the second floor of our house, so getting them as heavy as they are, will be difficult. I suggest that you change the picture on the webpage to show the composite section instead of the paneling being pine. Thank you, R. Sohn”

“Ordered 3 pair shutters. Each shutter had some small blemish on it. Worse than that was one box had wrong color push in mounting pins. Good thing I ordered matching screws also”

“Loved the free color samples, it was really helpful in making a match and they have a large selection of colors. Only disappointment was some colors cost more, nearly twice as much. And of course the common color I chose was one of them. That said products arrived on time and appear to be sturdy and well made (better than the ones originally on house). Haven’t tried hanging them yet as we are waiting for new siding install. Also kudos to their customer service who waved the restocking fee when I sent back an unpainted one I ordered. Note be careful about returns, shipping back cost almost as much as the shutters!”

“There are some scuff marks on one of the shutters and I don't know if they can be touched up or not. You wouldn't be able to match the color. They really look nice on the house.”

“These Shutters are inexpensive and look good if you aren’t too close to them. Fine for 2nd floor where you aren’t going for an operable shutter look.”

“The quality of the shutters is excellent!! The packaging was excellent!! Just as I expected. I did order the prefinished black paint, and the paint on some, but not all have an "orange peel finish". I was expecting a better finish.”

“Instructions in the last box....not much help. They look good from a distance, but a bit rough up close. I think the spikes may be a half inch too short for insulated vinyl siding installation...we will see.”

“The shutters look great. The only complaint that I have is the number of screws provided. Because they are plastic and have to be hammered into brick, they bend or break easily. There should be several extra ones for replacements.”
