“The shutters arrived in a well packaged box and were in perfect condition. They feel rough and will need sanding but have primer to start paint. The joints and seems are very tight and feels like they’ll last a very long time.”

“The shutters look great (5 stars for appearance). It was a little time-consuming having to drill 72 holes into the shutters so I could hang them (6 holes per x 12 shutters). In the future maybe you could mold the shutters with the holes already in place.”

“The product is great but the packaging/cartoning left a LOT to be desired. My carton was over 7' in length, weighed 180 pounds and was only held together by two pieces of clear packing tape, each about 12" in from each end of the carton. The carton flexed and bowed in the middle due to the length and the weight which caused one of the 83" shutters to have lot of scratches on it. The shutters are great quality but someone in the shipping department needs to get their act together to prevent in-transit damage.”

“Great shutters! Estimate we’ve purchased four to five sets. Customer service not as good as it was 4-5 years ago. That’s important to us. Otherwise it would be a 5 star feedback.”

“I ordered 2 sets of shutters in a custom color (14" Standard Closed Board & Batten Vinyl Shutters w/ Common Style). They are the perfect color, light weight, and easy to install. The price was very reasonable! The only thing that I can think of that would have been easier is to have the holes predrilled.”

“The look and color of the shutters were very good. Quality not quite as good. There were a few gaps on each shutter where corners came together and didn't completely seal. If you held the shutter toward the sun, you could see light come through the gap. Installation was easy and gaps were not noticeable after installation.”

“Color matched perfectly for what I needed. A couple issues with damaged boards when they shipped, but they were replaced. When pre-drilling through the horizontal batten boards, 3 of them popped off which was disappointing but it doesn’t prevent them from being hung. Just for awareness, these aren’t single molded shutters. They’re individual boards that are stapled together on the back side. There was some very slight gap differences between the boards but I think at added to a genuine shutter look. Overall, I’m pleased, especially with the color”

“custom paint only means they supply the paint they dont come painted but they seem very well built , they are heavy and should hold up for years”

“The package arrived on Tuesday. All tapes on package had been tore open . It looks like all parts are there , just suggest using more tape unless the UPS driver was instructed to check for damage. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product.”
