“Bought 79x18 style and rail exterior vinyl shutters. The styles are misproportioned and should be narrower. Also the width should be 17 7/8 instead of 17 3/4”

“We were thrilled with receiving the shipment within a week as opposed to three weeks as noted. However, the quality and the price are ridiculous compared to the quality and price of shutters from the Home Depot or Lowes. For $628.00 I was expecting a high quality product. The shutters are flimsy at best. I honestly feel troubled that I have to express my disappointment. But you requested customer feedback.”

“I'm regretting buying these shutters. They are very flimsy and cheap looking. One of the cross pieces actually broke off when I picked it up and I had to glue it back on.”

“The shutters look nice but unfortunately multiple horizontal boards on board and batten shutters were broken off in the box. They appear to only be secured with drops of glue or a few plastic welds. I glued them back together and hope that they stay. I'm concerned that they won't stand up to the weather.”

“From a distance the shutters look ok, but up close you can tell how they are pieced together. The plastic is thin; cheap in my opinion. Also, the clips cannot be used as is as it is impossible to clip onto the plastic without damaging it. Overall, for the money, it is not worth it.”

“Ordered 2 pair of shutters -- both first and second (replacements) orders were wrong -- requested RMA to return shipment, never received. Told that I have to pay for returning the second shipment and donate the first set to a charity . Recommend looking at some other site to purchase your shutter needs.”
