“Very pleased with sevice. Received order in a week, well before expected delivery of 4 to 5 weeks. One set of shutters were made with incorrect size ordered. I contacted customer service and error was immediately found and reordered. Received within a week. Very pleased with service and delivery time.”

“Easy to order, early delivery. But disappointed in the painted shutters. The slats slide back and forth and when they do, the unpainted part of the slat shows. We will have to address every single slat to keep them from showing the unpainted sections once on the home. Very disappointing for the price paid.”

“They work great, I recommend buying extra when purchasing shutters, the expansion and contraction does snap them over the years. As well as high winds I have southern exposure which adds to it. Never lost a shutter.”

“In the past , I have been pleased with the shutters I have ordered. This time around, I had some issues. The slats in the shutters were painted black but when they move ( side to side) the wood is not painted. So you have to "place" each slat and assume they wont move again.”
