“I have responded twice already with no response back. Since I hade the issue with my shutters I did ask for some type of partial refund since I had to fix the shutter myself. I no longer expect customer service from companies. Everyone has an entire list of reasons why things are not right rather than trying to fix things or trying to make things right.”

“Great service! I placed an order for window shutters one day, the next day I found out two of the windows were a different size. I called customer service; they cancelled my order for me. I went online and placed a new order with correct sizes. When the order arrived, 1 shutter was damaged, I emailed a photo of the shutter to customer service, and they immediately had it replaced. Very easy to deal with and a positive experience. Thank you!!!”

“I'm sorry I can't give a review just yet but when I can I definitely will write a review. We have not painted or hung them yet. As far as what we see we have been pleased. I'm only given a 3 star rating at this point because as I stated can't really review at this time.”
