“I priced options in store and online and Exterior Solutions had the best value for the money. No shipping charges were also an influencing factor. I am very pleased with the quality of the shutters. Would definitely order again.”

“Shutters came quickly. I feel like they are very overpriced. I know they cut them to fit what you specify. The color was good. Just feel they could be cheaper.”

“Loved the free color samples, it was really helpful in making a match and they have a large selection of colors. Only disappointment was some colors cost more, nearly twice as much. And of course the common color I chose was one of them. That said products arrived on time and appear to be sturdy and well made (better than the ones originally on house). Haven’t tried hanging them yet as we are waiting for new siding install. Also kudos to their customer service who waved the restocking fee when I sent back an unpainted one I ordered. Note be careful about returns, shipping back cost almost as much as the shutters!”

“There are some scuff marks on one of the shutters and I don't know if they can be touched up or not. You wouldn't be able to match the color. They really look nice on the house.”

“These Shutters are inexpensive and look good if you aren’t too close to them. Fine for 2nd floor where you aren’t going for an operable shutter look.”

“Ordered four 71 x 14 vinyl shutters. Shutters do not hold their shape, vinyl is too soft. Not rigid at all. I will be replacing them with a new different shutter.”
