Id give zero stars if I could. This company offered a product they don’t have, took the money, and refuses to refund 2 months later. I did the withdrawal form, they asked twice for my details and ignored when sent, they even wanted to use paypal for some reason. They are a scam. Expect to loose your money as it seems I have.

I ordered a backpack 2 months ago - product never arrived. I tried to call them and send multiple emails but no reply. Terrible experience and they still owe me my 60 euro!

Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD with an online retailer. $500 order placed 10/31/22. Partial order fulfilled 12/22/22…nearly 2 months later. Additionally was charged $30 more than the total stated on the order confirmation. Then was notified the ski boots I ordered were unavailable and was refunded $50 less than I’d originally paid. Sent three messages inquiring about the short refund and zero response from Exxpozed. All through this agonizing process communication from Exxpozed was very vague and intermittent. Avoid doing business with Exxpozed.

I advise anyone from UK not to purchase anything from this shop the website exxpozed.co.uk is misleading is states vat and tax included in the price until you get a letter from customs. The problem started when I refused to pay and wanted to return these items because i could buy them cheaper in UK They replied it's due to brexit. At the moment I've been waiting over a month for my refund after its been confirmed They received it at the warehouse so far They keep ignoring all my emails and I suspect they are just scumers

In the case of misleading the amount during the payment, the website will not prompt you whether it is US dollars or euros. After I paid, I found that the amount was different from the website prompt. I contacted the customer service within half an hour to cancel it. Unfortunately, no one handled it. , After I contacted many times, the customer service told me that the delivery has been shipped and cannot be canceled. I made it clear that I wanted to intercept the express or return the express, but the customer service did not deal with it.

Ordered Burton Driver X snowboard boots on 16th October 2022,they haven't arrived yet neither got any refund. Contacted the customer care many times they later confirmed the payment didn't went through and provided PayPal link. made the payment through PayPal link on 29th oct'22 and next day they inform me that payment was received but the boot was out of stock and i could choose any other similar product or get refund. since 1st of November I have been continuously emailing them. they don't reply. even called there phone they keep you waiting without responding. so if you want head aches and want to loose your money then go order from exxpozed.

Exxposed - 31st October - order placed for €100 pair of boots - 31st October - confirmation email received stating “As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation.” - 3rd November - No communication still so emailed for an update (no reply) no answer when trying to call customer service department - 5th November - No communication still so emailed again asking for a reply to my email at the very least. - 7th November - Still no reply to any of my emails, no answer when calling the customer service department OR the complaints department. Emailed again but not expecting any reply. Still no confirmation of my order being posted and it’s now a week since they have taken my money and continued to ignore me.

Bitter dissapointment. Recieved the boots, after paying £92 of customs charges. Description on the website is really confuing and unclear, it says: "incl. Tax, free shipping (UK), plus custom duties". I was buying shoes from Alpinetrek, also from Germany without any additional customs charges. Worst thing is, they dont fit and I will need to return them...

Totally unprofessional, scam and worst customer service I ordered ecco Ecco M EXOSTRIKE LOW LEA - Black / White - EU 41 / UK 7.5 / on 4th of September 2022 and got the acknowledgement. After waiting 5 days I sent 5 emails to enquiry about the order but every time I got automated reply which make no sense at all. I then called customer services and a man said they waiting for the item from Ecco and it will be shipped to the UK within 24 hours. it's again Sunday today and I did not get any information about the order. They failed to meet the delivery times stipulated on their website for the UK (3+ days). I sent another email to the customer service and got the same automated reply which is NONSENSE. I will raise the case with Paypal now and want more information to report this website to the regulatory authorities in the UK as well as German. I am surprised how come German authorities haven't taken and shut them down! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. My advice would be to avoid this retailer at all costs and readers to report your experience to the regulators. UK-00124956 Order no.

I ordered a pair of womens hiking boots and 1 month later, received a men's size 10 pair of shoes. I paid 40 dollars in shipping to return the shoes as it was being returned from the US to Germany. It has now been 4 months since I returned the shoes and have not gotten a refund....DO NOT order from this company, it has been an awful experience and I am out 300 US dollars

I orderd a helmet the 25th of july. The 26th of july eXXpozed sent me an email with an order cancellation. No reason why the order was cancelled. However, the money was already deducted from my bank account. Its been a full week now, and eXXpozed do STILL have my money. They neither answer on email or telephone. I have sent 3-4 mails asking when i can expect to get my money - no answer. This morning i got an email with a totally different order number, saying the item was sold out but is now ordered from the manufacturer. However, the original order was cancelled and i got my item from another shop. So all in all, eXXpozed is still having my 184,62 euro. I am still waiting for them to be refunded. Will never advice anyone to shop here..

Exxpozed Do not buy anything from Exxpozed! I spend €1314.88 for 7 items on their website, but only received 1 items after 3 months. @eXXpozed refused to send rest of items to me. If you see their reviews on Google, Do not waste your money. thier Customer service stop repling me, my ordered items still haven't received, no refund at all. They always lie said to sent all items, but couldn't give any evidence and shipping records. Do Not Trust them.

Like many UK buyers I was duped into thinking the price exxpozed changed was all I would pay only then to receive a letter from customs stating I must pay an extra £70 to receive the parcel. Once I received my item I then discovered if I needed to return it exxpozed would not cover the return postage or refund customs fees leaving me around £100 out of pocket. Non of these things are clearly explained at the time of purchase.

At EVERY stage in this timeline I have had to chase the next step. Didn’t bother to include the dates I sent emails asking for help – the list would be too long! 18 January: Coat ordered and paid for ahead of a skiing holiday 27 January: Coat dispatched 28 January: tracking status says coat is being prepared at customs for shipping to the UK – this is the status 1 month later) 5 February: Exxpozed say a complaint has been raised with DHL due to the delay 7 February: request for refund if not delivered by 12 February (my holiday the coat was for) 8 February: informed by Exxpozed they will only refund when they have the item in hand (it is with THEIR carrier!!) 18 February: informed I should have received a customs invoice via DHL – I haven’t so Exxpozed said they "will investigate" 23 February: I send yet another chasing email for an update 24 February: told to wait for DHL to respond As of 28 February: • 6 weeks since the item as ordered • I have to coat • I have no refund • I have no support

I ordered a cycling jacket worth just over £200. I was really annoyed to get customs charges from royal mail for almost £90. I only noticed they were based in Germany when I received the order confirmation. I have found their customer Services Manager to be extremely rude and he refused to give me the email address to escalate the complaint to the MD. He claimed the charges were clearly highlighted on the website, when in fact you have to click on a Ts&Cs link to access the terms. I wish I had seen all the negative reviews before I ordered. So many people are making similar points. I will not be buying from EXXpozed again.

Would of been nice to have your website clearly display there would be very expensive customs charges to pay tother UK you company website makes you feel you are liaising with a UK outlet until a very expensive customs charge which has now made the purchase cost of my boots more expensive than buying from anther retailer in the UK will not be using again feel so mad
