I recommend every customer to stay away from this store! I purchased a product and made the payment via online and I then received the email confirming the purchase and the order, then I also received an email with the DHL tracking number for the packaged and began to wait for the package to move to it's destination, the problem is, the packaged never left the store, I waited and waited and the status didn't change in the DHL tracking page, I sent emails to this store to receive feedback on this situation and waited weeks and got no response via email, I then contacted DHL to get some feedback and they told me the package was not delivered to them, they only received the information via online. I then had to contact this store via phone and spend money in order to do so because it costs money to call then, it was the only way to get a response, they told me they were going to see what was going on but they wouldn't give me any feedback, I then proceeded to warn them that I was going to make a serious complain to PayPal, Visa and all the companies associated with this store if I didn't get my money back, they told me that they were going to refund me and then I received my money back in the next days after complaining via phone. I will never buy from this store again and I even suspect that this store is a scam, to rob people that don't make complains and do nothing after paying for the products, in order to sell items they don't have and keep the money. Stay away from this store, read other reviews from other people that have experienced the same, you have been warned!

It’s a con. Fraudulent website. Ordered an item, they took payment and sent an email saying they didn’t have it in stock any more, I’d have to wait 14 days at the earliest before they would have the item. If you cancel within 14 days, it’s within their offered delivery time so they charge you a 6% exchange rate fee. If you cancel after 14 days they charge you a fee because it’s out of the 14 day cancellation period. customer services are horrendous, when they do contact you, it’s a barrage of demeaning email on how it’s the customers fault. Beware beware beware

Ordered an item and received an email 6 days later (This was over the Christmas period) that my order was not in stock. Due to other reviews on orders taking longer than a month and requiring the item by the end Jan I decided to cancel the order. Fortunately I ordered via paypal pay in 14 days. I emailed exxpozed to ask to cancel and they did respond promptly and I received an email directly afterwards from paypal informing me that no payment will be taken.

Read some poor reviews but my experience was perfectly okay. Ordered some Scarpa approach shoes (great by the way) which arrived 10 days later to me in the uk. The only minor frustration is that the shipment number provided is not the actual DHL number so you can’t track the order until DHL contact you directly just prior to delivery but that, Exxpozed customer services, should be easy to correct? Would certainly use again.

Terrible company, I ordered goods 4 weeks ago, an email was sent from exxpozed 2 weeks later to say that the goods were delayed. I queried the delay via email, no response. I then queried the payment through PayPal, PayPal denied my claim due to information recieved from exxpozed, numerous emails have been ignored by exxpozed and phone calls end on hold. Avoid like the plague.

This company is dodgy never ever buy something from here. It will take for ages. It is annoying. I disappointed and cancel my order and i don't know where my refund is and how long it will take to get back

My package has not moved in 2 weeks. Exxpozed says that DHL is "backlogged" and it will "be on the next flight". That was days ago and no change. You can't contact DHL because it is run out of an office in Germany, requiring you to make expensive overseas calls. The contacts in the USA will not help you. Exxpozed is not helpful, is very poor in customer service and with the thousands of other retailers, I would recommend never using them.

I wish i read their reviews before purchase from this dodgy company, waiting long time 17 days and no reaction. I cancel and asked for refund now.

I wish I hadn't ordered from them. I have been waiting since Sept. to receive my Matik. I have emailed them explaining that the USPS lost package which I know is not their fault but I do not have my purchase and they refuse to answer my emails. At this point I just want them to credit my account back, unless they plan to send new Matik but via DHL Express all the way i/o DHL/USPS. I have contacted Camp to try to place pressure on them as this is not the way you do business!!!

Fake tracking status. They don’t give an actual DHL tracking number, so you have to take exxposed at their word. My package has supposedly been “Border Crossing” for two weeks now. Bullsh*t.

Order bag and sweetshirt. There are no sweetshirt in stock, it`s ok. They say send me refund for this. But after month I do not recieved any refund and my order(status of the order doues not changed). They do not answer me via email. So i dont know what to do. VERY BAD(light words)

I would love to give zero stars. They sent me the response today I'll include in the photo section...that DHL was overloaded. Other reviewers have posted this same response that they received 10 months ago. I wont bother calling DHL to see if they were "overloaded" in Jan and now again in August of 2019. Exxpozed customer service is literally consciously lying....maybe the worst customer service experience I have had in 30 years. F#$% Exxpozed!!! The photo I am including is the email they sent another customer on top of the email I received today.....what a joke and the most blatently dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

They charge customer for postage outside of germany to return faulty or wrong fitting products, do not use.

I would like to say that i'm very happy with my purchase and the service. That was the first time when I had ordered from the shop as I found the Fjallraven parka and I really wanted to have this:) I currently live in Sydney Australia so long way away, and I must say that I wasn't sure if thing will go wright? I had very good experience with the shop, the customer service was very good and when I was concerned about delivery time I was reassured that all is good and the customs take longer with the border crossing to Australia. I will definitely be ordering things in the future. I wasn't sure about the sizing as I had never owned anything from Fjallraven , but the size charts on the website were clear and helped me to make decision. Thank you:)

Absolutely terrible experience - would advise to avoid at all costs. I purchased a pair of climbing shoes - after an online search they appeared to have the specific model I wanted a few pounds cheaper than the competition. Little did I realise that their business model appears to be to request the items from the manufacturer only AFTER your order - leading to a best case scenario 2 week turnaround between order and receiving the item. Unfortunately, mine was not a 'best case scenario' - apparently they had a supply issue which left me without the shoes for three weeks. I could live with all this if their customer service hadn't been so rubbish. Suggestions that they had provided a left than perfect service where met with first silence and then - after I called them - incredulity. No apology or offer of discount or compensation was ever extended. It's just not worth dealing with this useless company and wasting loads of your time to save yourself a few quid - spend the extra fiver and get your stuff from somewhere reputable.

Terrible customer service experience. Had ordered a pair of shoes and they messed up the size. Called customer service immediately, but call wasn’t answered. Sent an email, but that wasn’t responded back to. Finally got a hold of someone the next day, and was told that though the order wasn’t shipped out, they will not correct the mistake in the shoe and that I would have to deal with it. The person then hung up on me. Terrible service and wouldn’t advise shopping from this site.

Firstly, they sell things they don't have in stock which is already bad enough. Secondly, it took 2 weeks to let me know the product was sold out and I had the option to get my money back or buy something else. And no, I won't buy anything from them anymore.
