I Spent almost $40 for a 1-Day shipping only for it to be shipped a week later! I need my shipping fee back🤬

Upon checking your order, we see that you've selected frames with custom lenses. Please note that as stated on our website, frames with prescription or custom lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab. We make this information readily available on our website, but we truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. I ordered my glasses on 1/15 and they just now shipped on 3/5. I recieved zero communication about the delay. When I reached out on 2/10 they told me it was backordered. There was no communication of this upon ordering. And when I complained, they told me there was nothing that they could do about it.

Easy contact I love this company, but for some reason when I just purchased some glasses, I didn't get any information no up-to-date about my glasses. It took my glasses a while to get here and I was very disappointed with that. I feel as though I should get some type of accommodation for my glasses taking so long.

At this point I would never purchase from EZcontacts again. I found your website from a popular influencer and decided to make a purchase. You clearly state on Your site shipping speed of 3-5 business days. I purchased my glasses well in advance of a trip and two weeks later am still waiting on my product. After calling several times and writing several emails i finally have been issued some sort of “resolution” after threatening to report this business to the BBB. I am really feeling like this business as a whole is a scam.
