Have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my order it even be shipped out. Had to send out 2 emails, and call to see what was going on. Never informed me the product I ordered was out of stock. Still waiting for them to be shipped out.

I received a notification on 02/19 that the refund process was initiated; however, as of today, the financial institution has not received the refund. Additionally, the second item was canceled due to a long delay on your part, and the refund has not been issued yet

TLDR: They messed up my order but I got my return processed in a timely manner: I don't think I will order from this store again. I ordered some RayBan glasses, RB4222, that have grey gradient lenses. The ones I received are solid grey lenses (an option you cannot order from this company) AND they are perscription glasses. Clearly someone ordered some custom RayBan glasses, returned them, and somehow they ended being sold as standard glasses. Not only did I have to pay shipping to have the wrong glasses sent to me, but I had to pay shipping to return them. To EZcontacts' credit they did process my return quickly. But because they messed up my order and changed me shipping twice I don't expect to order from them again.

Slowest service out of all online companies I’ve used for glasses. They don’t update their website to show product availability. You assume they are in, pay and then 4 days later they tell you thee is a delay. I called and they say the frames aren’t in stock. Terrible experience with no attempt to correct or apology.

Paid for 2 day shipping(19.99)didn't realize it took 2days just to review the order then ship it out. Now it's actually 4days total(or longer)before I receive my contacts...would have appreciated a disclaimer before paying $20 extra for a service that's not actually 2days :(

It appears EZ Contact has free shipping. Not in my case. Please be more forthcoming with all your advertising. I'll view other companies for future purchases.

Just completed my 1st time ordering on EZContacts for a pair of RayBan sunglasses. Easy transaction, good price and delivered as promised. Only issue was after I input order it offered me an 1st order 10% additional discount and then would not accept it because the sunglasses already were selling at a discount. Not a problem buy why offer the additional discount ? I am still a happy customer !
