The buying part was seamless, but the shipping is less than desirable been over a week and it hadn't been shipped yet.

Prices are good. Haven’t received the glasses yet but one thing I would like to do in the future is to pay for expedited shipping. If you opt for 5-7 days, it takes they take their time. Took them 8 days to ship mine.

Kind of lame that I entered info for the initial promo code and then there was no place to enter a code when I purchased. Quick to ship and expect everything else will be smooth and correct.

EZ Contacts is very good and always use them. Only reason is a 4 this time is it took almost 2 weeks to get my new contacts, which have still not arrived, but finally shipped.

The easy of ordering replacement contacts and navigating the website to order was a breeze ! Now I am waiting on the contacts to arrive !

I like the new glasses but I ordered the polycarbonate lenses which I hoped would work for me but I needed to order them in high index so as these are a backup pair i can get by but the high index are a sharper image which I did not know. I was was also hoping there would be more two tone on the lower half but all in all the pricing and value is great.

Nice selection, good communication from the vendor. Frames were on backorder so it took a few weeks, only wish I knew that upon checkout. Once received the quality was great and the prescription feels correct and comfortable. Overall 4 stars for selection and quality - removed 1 star for not knowing about the backorder until I emailed them 2 weeks after the order was placed.

Online purchasing was easy. Large selection at great prices. I was notified of one product shipping, but was not notified that the other product was delayed. If I hadn't checked my order status, I would not have known. It would be beneficial to know when my product will be in stock. Also, the website should advertise low stock items. Otherwise, great experience. Looking forward to receiving both my products. Waiting on arrival, then decide if I will continue as a customer. Thanks!

Not happy with your website. After I verified my prescription, you rejected it and asked for it again, then you didn't let me know you received it. I ordered off you months back so you should have had my prescription, because it had not been 2 years since for it to expire.

I’d really like to give a 5 star review but the wait time for delivery wasn’t what was promised. The pricing wasn’t really any better than at my regular brick and mortar store but the selection was. When my glasses were finally delivered I was very pleased however. I had contacted customer service and they responded in a timely manner and with apologies but I probably won’t order from them again.

The glasses are good and the few added products included in the shipment were definitely appreciated. However, just after I ordered these glasses, there was a price drop on the exact same pair of glasses, so even before my order I arrived, I asked if I could take advantage of the sale seeing that it's 51% OFF. It seems like a fair request seeing that this sale literally happened just after I ordered my glasses. So if EZCONTACTS is reading this, take a look at my Order # 4669080 and see if you can credit my credit card the difference. With that type of consideration, I think EZContacts should get a 5-Star Review... We'll see! - Thanks Again!

It took two orders to get it right. Then I received three more discounts I did not qualify for spring 10%_a second 12% off why does someone else qualify but not me? Took two long to get the glasses

The glasses are very very nice I like them only complain id have is how crooked they came they were impossible to fit to my face and they still sit pretty crooked other than that they are good
