Back to back orders were delayed and my monthly contacts were brittle upon arrival and some pairs only lasted a week. This order will determine whether I continue to order through them.

website said free shipping then when you get to check out, it would not let you hit the free shipping button. Then it decided to place a $270 contact order for me without my permission! I was putting my payment information in and the site took it as a green light to check out. I have been trying to reach customer service for the last 3 hours with no luck. I have no words.

Horrible customer service. I purchased progressive glasses on their website, total of $406. I applied a 10% coupon they sent me, purchase went through and the new total was $365. Paid by credit card. Days later they take a second payment out of my credit card for the total amount of $406 saying the website should have not accepted the coupon and it was a bug. I left them several messages trying to reach a supervisor and no one called back. Shady business, stay away!
