Horrible customer service. I purchased progressive glasses on their website, total of $406. I applied a 10% coupon they sent me, purchase went through and the new total was $365. Paid by credit card. Days later they take a second payment out of my credit card for the total amount of $406 saying the website should have not accepted the coupon and it was a bug. I left them several messages trying to reach a supervisor and no one called back. Shady business, stay away!

Purchased on their advertised big Memorial Day sale only to find out the next day that the exact same contacts were on sale for $30/box less.

We understand your confusion regarding the package being shipped and would like to clarify the sequence of events: You placed an order with us. This requires explicit confirmation on your part before proceeding. After placing the order, you contacted us regarding a discount code. Our representative confirmed that the discounted price was already applied to your order, as you can only use one discount per purchase. You then requested to cancel the order and re-order with the discount code. Unfortunately, by the time you contacted us, your order had already been shipped and could not be canceled. Furthermore, the discount you received on your order was the best available and cannot be further reduced by applying another code. While we understand the desire to use a discount code, unfortunately, in this case, the order has already shipped with the applied discount. We'd be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about your upcoming delivery or future purchases.
