I ordered sunglasses and paid 29 dollars for overnight delivery and order still says processing. I ordered glasses to take on vacation with me and am afraid they will not even be delivered before I leave. I sent an email yesterday morning and still have not received any response.

I'm extremely disappointed with you company. I ordered these pair last week WITH expedited shipping and I never received them on the scheduled date. I specifically placed the order because it stated I WOULD RECIVE IT BY SATURDAY 06/01/24. I canceled all plans just because I didn't want the sunglass sitting outside and it never came. I feel like your company uses that as a tactic to have the customer spend more money. I will not be using your company again and I will make sure to leave a detailed review with my disappointment. To make matters worse, the tracking now says it will arrive on Tuesday 06/06 Order #4026929

We understand that seeing an expected arrival date but not receiving the item can be frustrating, especially after making adjustments to your plans. Our website states that orders placed after 2:00 pm ship out the following business day. Since your order was placed on Thursday, May 30th at 5:05 pm, it shipped out on Friday, May 31st. We also clearly state that shipping is calculated in business days, excluding weekends. With your chosen 2-business day expedited shipping, the delivery is expected today, Tuesday, June 4th. We understand how this might not have been entirely clear, and for that, we take full responsibility. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we'd like to offer a courtesy refund of half your expedited shipping cost. We value your business and hope you'll give us another chance. We're constantly working on improving our communication and will ensure the distinction between processing and shipping times is clear on our website to avoid future misunderstandings. Ordered over the holiday weekend. Order was not processed and shipped until Wednesday. Ok, there was a holiday, no problem. Tracking said arrival on Saturday. That would have been fine. They use DHL. Turns out Saturday delivery was to the USPS regional faciliity, 200 miles away from me. I will not have my lenses until at least 10 days after ordering. This is unacceptable in moderrn times. I have ordered lenses from several other vendors, and they usually are in my eyes 3-4 days later. It's a small package. They could have put some stamps on it and cut out the middleman. DHL just wasted 3 days of my time.

First I thought, this price can’t be right. Then I ordered received the normal follow up email about my order. I waited a couple of days and we were leaving the country and I didn’t know if the package would make it in time. I sent a quick chat through their messenger on the website and was thankfully able to receive my package in time. Thank you for your affordability & allowing me to see on my trip.

I ordered contacts for one day delivery... did not receive them until 2 weeks later... very frustrating to say the least. its unfortunate because the service is great otherwise...

I love to order from EZContacts but the process has gotten much harder. I had to upload the new script at least 5 times and then received an email asking for it again. I saved just like it said but it was frustrating.

Quick and easy online ordering and uploading of my prescription. Also, EZContacts had lower prices than my old online contact supplier and WITHOUT having to send in a rebate!! Thank you EZContacts for having easy ordering and excellent prices!
