Ordered glasses that said “ship within 3-5 business” to find out that they glasses were out of stock which the website it not say. Someone did help me and is getting me fast shipping, however this was unacceptable! I need my glasses!

I have always been pleased with the ease and expediency of EZContacts until this most recent time. I selected expedited shipping for my contacts and my order wasn't processed until a week and a half later. I reached out to customer service and got a pretty lackluster response.

Customer service wait was impossible. Left number for callback. Rang two times before I could get to it and they had hung up. Leaves me with very disappointed feeling about customer service. I'm trying to check on an order I need quickly and can't find out details!

I placed my order on May 11, it did not ship until June 4th. Who knows how long it’s going to take for me to get it. The customer service is horrible. I called one time and was on hold for over and hour, another time I called and did the call back and never received a call back. I will never order from this company again.

EZ Contacts selection and ordering process was fine. I would give that four stars. I'm unhappy with the processing of my order, which is the reason for the two star rating. My order took two weeks to ship out because the items were not in stock. This is understandable and not the issue. The issue I have is that nothing was communicated. I receive two or more promotional emails per day (way too much!) but not a single correspondence related to why my order hadn't shipped or when to expect it. After ten days of "order processing", I had to reach out via chat to get a meaningful update. Better communication related to order status would be appreciated.

I ordered some sunglasses, after my order I was told that they were on backorder for 2 1/2 months. This information was not available on the site when I place the order. I had to inquire when I saw my order taking a long time to ship, that was when they told me it was on backorder. Super disappointing.
