Was sent a text message saying I had 20 percent of site wide. When I tried using code it only gave me 10 percent off. When I called Customer Service, they stated They could do nothing to Help my Discount. Last time I shop here...

After they sent the wrong contacts - is it even legal to not follow the prescription? - they took back the contacts but charged me for return shipping - more than they charged for shipping to me. On the prior review, they sent a reply with a link that does not take me to the reply.

I have always had a great experience with EZContacts. The website is easy to manuever and shipping is fast. I appreciate that they don't add an obnoxious "processing fee" like other sites. Will continue to use for my contact needs and recommend to friends and family.
