From order to ship it has taken an incredibly large amount of time. I have ordered from other websites and have my glasses shipped within two or three days. It took 14 days before they even shipped

Paid an extra $50 for rush shipping 2 weeks ago and still has yet to receive my product,when i finally do review my merch not only am i returning the item but also am going to demand a refund for the extra money i paid for rush shipping

I've been using Ezcontacts since Nov 17th 2018 and they continue to impress me more everytime. Not only is there re-ordering process easy, fast and reliable but their customer service representatives are professional and quick to act to solve any problem you may have. This most recent order, I decided to modify my order and so I called their customer service line which was busy, but Ezcontacts provided a callback service so I opted for that. A couple hours later I received my callback and their Customer Service Agent listened to my concern and quickly modified my order. I also ordered one day shipping on Monday morning and my package shipped out Tuesday Morning. I live in the Pacific Northwest and I received my order Wednesday Evening. I am extremely happy with the service Ezcontacts has provided. Thank you Ezcontacts!

Ez Contacts has finally figured out the hiccups in their delivery system. Before you would place an order and it would take months for your item to arrive. I just ordered a pair of sunglasses on Sunday and they were delivered on Thursday. I couldn’t believe it. Ez contacts always had the best prices but with the shipping woes I would purchase my eyewear elsewhere. Lowest prices & now fast delivery!

Was sent a text message saying I had 20 percent of site wide. When I tried using code it only gave me 10 percent off. When I called Customer Service, they stated They could do nothing to Help my Discount. Last time I shop here...

After they sent the wrong contacts - is it even legal to not follow the prescription? - they took back the contacts but charged me for return shipping - more than they charged for shipping to me. On the prior review, they sent a reply with a link that does not take me to the reply.
