Beware!! Nothing but delays and shipping issues with this company. First my glasses were delayed at lab for some unknown reason, and now my glasses are now going back and forth between two local postal services. The shipping company they use Is terrible, it’s known for poor quality and they don’t care of you het your package or not because they’ve already been paid. EZ contacts floods my email with offers daily but yet I can’t even get my first order…I will update this review if and when i het my order.

Just ordered a product (frames)today so I have not finished my experience with EZ Contacts yet but ordering process was user friendly and phone representative was very nice and responsive to my inquiries- was able to order frames that I could not find elsewhere...

The glasses are very small almost a child size and do not come with a proper YSL hard case for almost $300. That was very disappointing because they can easily be smashed. Will be returning.

This was my first time ordering from EZContact which was recommended by a family member who had a good experience. Online ordering user friendly. Easy to order from start to finish. I have seen some negative reviews and fake sunglass comments on the web and thought i should review my experience with this company. I ordered RayBan Wayfarer glasses on Sunday 6/2/24 and they were in my hand 4 days later in CA regualr shipping. The glasses are great in every way and I have performed every autenticity check provided on the Ray Ban site incuding the packaging and engraved RB on the lenes. 100% happy with the purchase.

The order sat in the warehouse for 7 days with no movement stating "not picked up by carrier". I reached out via email tor request a cancelation of the order and a refund because 1-800 contacts can get them to me quicker. The rep says I cannot cancel and must wait to receive and return. This is a scandal if they haven't been picked up by the carrier then you are forcing a purchase. When you call Noone answers the phone. I believe this is an international company masquerading as being in the US. Now after I have filed a claim with my bank they are sending me tracking. I want to cancel and be refunded and no longer want to do business with this company.
