Don't appreciate you filling my email inbox will a lot of spam email. I ordered frames without lenses. It's taking too long to ship the frames when they don't need to make lenses. This is a really bad company.

I wish I could rate this company with 0 stars. I have repeatedly requested via email for the product not to be shipped due to an incorrect prescription. However, I have not received any response, and the incorrect product was still shipped. The lack of communication skills from this company is infuriating.

I really like ordering my contacts from EZCONTACTS because the ordering is easy to do and the shipping is quick. Sometimes I wait till the last minute to order, but I know after I place my order, I usually get the shipment within a 5 day period and that works for me. Thank you EZCONTACTS for your great service.

No one pick up phone call! We need the contact lens in 1 day and that's how the order was placed. However, the order confirmation comes back and the shipment day is 3-5 business days. I tried to call them and email them. No reply! Very poor customer service. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Very good pricing and easy to navigate website. I am disappointed that after I chose to pay for express shipping before business hours began that day. If they had shipped that day, I would have received my order before the weekend, and for when I really needed them. Instead, I just received the label created email the following day. Other than the shipping issue, everything was good even though I haven't received my order yet.

It took almost for days for my order to be processed and shipped. So that will be somewhere between 8-10 days from order to receiving. I find this to be unacceptable. I only used this company due to a coupon offer. I will be going back to my usual company for my contact lenses purchases in the future.

Going on vacation. Ordered sunglasses on a Monday AM and paid for expedited shipping. Sunglasses didn’t ship until Friday and will arrive while I’m gone. Guess I’ll return them when I get back. Good price just don’t be in a hurry or pay extra for shipping.

I was hesitant at first because of the low price, but I took a shot anyway because I couldn't find the frame I wanted anywhere else. There was a small delay in coming but when they arrived the glasses were perfect! The prescription was spot on even with the progressive lenses. I would definitely buy from here again.

Very pleased to have purchased from this company. They had exactly what I needed, and shipped it out right away. I had my new frames in hand in a matter of a few days, even though I live ¾ of the way across the country from them. Will shop here again.

I ordered my Fendi eyeglasses on Sunday, received them Thursday. Great service!! The company is also very informative about shipping information. The glasses also are just like the picture at a very affordable price. Can't wait to wear them. Will be ordering another pair soon!!!
