I ordered a pair of glasses and no communication was sent to me on the purchase or the shipment for a couple weeks after I purchased them. Horrible service.

I am a new customer and placed my first order two weeks ago on a pair of frames. The website my order would ship in 5-7 days and it says order was collected and is waiting pickup. There hasn’t been any progression in shipping my order and communication is poor. Don’t recommend this website and won’t be using again. I am now in the progress to cancel my order and order from someone else.

It showed that the frames I ordered were in stock, they were not. I paid for one day shipping because I needed the glasses It took almost 2 weeks to get them in. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that they give notice if you pay attention that it could take time which was a horrible response and had nothing to do with the fact that they never said anything about the frames needing to be sent in by their distributors. I was given no type of compensation, and after the initial response did not receive another email for a many days.

The past two times I’ve ordered in stock frames, it takes several weeks to get my glasses. Not sure why but service is too slow

I have not received my glasses yet! I ordered them over a week ago. Tried to call for days to ask about a ship date and every time it said that they were too busy to answer. Very disappointing!

They advertise free shipping but then charge for shipping.

I ordered eye drops; they were as advertised and at a reasonable price compared to other sellers such as Amazon.com. Overall, I am pleased with my transaction, but dropped one star due to the slow delivery (ordered on June 5, shipped on June 11, received on June 13).

The price was much lower than my eye doctor's office of course, and was lower than the online replacement contact lens company I normally use. Also, customer service was very helpful. I would definitely recommend EZContacts.

I stumbled up on this site and let me just tell you my experience has been amazing. At first. I was upset because I opted for one day shipping, but it was my fault because I did not see that the item was out of stock. I placed one message customer service, inform me about my package. Just give it a chance you will not be disappointed.
