I ordered my gasses on 6/6 since ordering I received 3 emails about my order. The first was an order confirmation, the second was an order delay communication just saying they are still working on it with no ETA, the third was a request for a review. I still don’t have my order and have not received communication that it has shipped. Getting the request for the review made me log in to see the status of my order and it appears it may be finally shipping today… 6/19 at least a shipping label has been created.

Although the prescription was done very well and frames were good, the fitting on frames was for someone with a watermelon head. I can't move my head without the glasses flying off. Now have to go to eye store and see if they can bend the frames to fit.

I like the products. However the fact that you can not reach someone on the phone in customer service all day long is unacceptable. A recording comes in anytime you call saying a high call volume. Really when you first open a minute later this is said. Not good business. It comes off as though your customers aren’t important. Fix it!!!

Never pay 29 dollars for shipping I would never order for this place again first and last time I payed 29 dollars for shipping didn’t get the whole order the next day got two items in 3 days and the other one still haven’t gotten it when I email a couple time to cancel the shipping to regular before it was even ship they took forever to reply back Didn’t even say they will give me back half of the shipping fee since I’m still waiting for one of the times will never puro from this place again

Great experience. I’m going to go ahead and give stars. My only complaint is that I never received confirmation of my order or any tracking information. Product arrived in timely manner, exactly what I ordered, and packaged very very well. I am well pleased with EZContacts and will likely order from them again. Recommend purchasing from these guys, very good pricing compared to other vendors.

You can never reach the customer service and it has taken longer than anticipated and I still have not received my shipment. It has been seven business days now and it was supposed to be 5-7 business days to deliver. I will be seeking a refund.

I want to be reasonable in my review of EZContacts. I think they are experiencing growing pains. Three years ago I had a great experience buying sunglasses from EZContacts...this time not so much. EZContacts has clearly embraced technology, but they must be using different systems between their front end (Web) and their Operations. I'd advise them to sync these systems up to alleviate unnecessary traffic to their support staff. Don't aggressively advertise product you don't have in-stock. Had I known this item wasn't in stock when I ordered it, I wouldn't have had to call, email, and chat with your team over the course of the last month. Otherwise great products at great prices would be my review....

Delivery takes ages. I have ordered on June 14,2024 and paid for 3-5 days delivery as a birthday gift for my wife’s birthday. Here comes here birthday today and the update today shows it is somewhere in New Jersey. This is the last time I will buy from you .

Not necessarily their fault but my item was on back order and took 19 days to actually ship it out. I wish I knew before hand because when I bought it the item said 5-7 days shipping and didn’t mention it was on back order.

I ordered contacts and paid for express shipping. Still don’t have contacts. Called Friday and a representative told me they had been closed a few days for a holiday. No one told me this when contacts were ordered. I have been trying to call the past two days. Everytime I call I get a recording that no one can speak to me right now. Due to high call volume.
