I love how easy it is to pick the glasses that I like. But it’s been almost 2 weeks and still haven’t received my glasses. That told me 5 to 7 business days. Unacceptable.

The number one selling point for me was the 10% off first time customers deal and then I ordered my first pair and was not eligible for the discount as advertised but I still made the purchase

I was not sure what to expect, but the level of attention to detail through my purchase was bar none. My experience with EZContacts was the absolute best. I was able to order my contacts and a pair of prescription Saint Laurent glasses at very discounted prices even in comparison to Sam's Club or Costco without even leaving my home. It even came with a contact lens case, lens spray, the actual branded case, cleaning cloth, and wait for it... An eyeglasses screwdriver keychain! My prescription on the glasses were perfect and shipping was so fast I just ordered all of this a few days ago and I have it here in front of me. They were also very good about communicating each step of the process including prescription verification and shipping times. OMG guys don't know about everyone else, but I want to go back on their site and order another pair. Thank you EZContacts!

The ordering process was smooth, but the communication about order status was subpar. Submitted order with shipping date being before we left for vacation, 5 days later still nothing, no update, no shipment. Spoke with customer service rep., promised a delivery date, date came and still no deliver. Very disappointed and will not order from here again.

I placed an order for express shipping due to traveling soon.. my order is delayed I'm still waiting for it. Shouldn't I get a refund for my express shipping? Horrible!
