I placed an order on May 25th and as of today, June 24th, it says it is still in process.

After ordering my contacts it took awhile for them to be made but it took even longer for them to go through the shipping process to my home. Will have to ask for priority shipping next time.

Information in the website was not updated. I was informed item was out of stock after many days after my purchase. Neither clear nor quick answers from the customer support team. Additionally, they committed to expedite my order once the item was back in stock, in order to compensate the time. Unfortunately, they didn’t walk their talk. No expedited shipment was hired. Terrible…

Website doesn’t show in stock status on their items. I ordered a pair of glasses 6/14/24, today is 6/23/24 and I still haven’t received my order even though I paid for the 2 day expedited shipping. Order somewhere else if it is a timely matter.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out to us and providing feedback. We're sorry to hear that you have not received your glasses in the time frame you were expecting. Upon checking into your order, we see that the frames you selected have a 3-5 business day processing time as we are awaiting the product from our manufacturer. Please note that as stated on our website, paying extra for expedited shipping does not speed up this processing time, only the time the product is shipped from our warehouse to you. Because the order was placed on Friday, June 14th, it was shipped within that time frame on June 21st. We make this information readily available on our website, but truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. We see that one of our customer service agents assisted you in downgrading your shipping method as you requested. We once again apologize for this inconvenience and would be glad to assist you further if needed.
