One of the worst online transactions of my life. Ordered contacts and paid extra for 2 day shopping. Took over a week just for the contacts to leave their warehouse. Tried calling multiple days / times which is a dead end. You get a recording that your call can’t be handled because of a high call volume. Sent an email and didn’t get a response till I said I wanted to cancel my order. Never had issues like this with any other contact company. Usually with standard shipping I have them within a few days. Terrible is an understatement.

I wanted just to give it a 4 stars rating but I decided to give it 5 stars rating instead. The reason is the competitive price and in stock item (delivery within a week) outweigh the non-stock item (request directly from vendor may takes 4-6 weeks). I had to cancel twice and ordered different because the vendor took so long to get back with EZcontacts (frame was discontinued). I finally ordered a different frame and it was shipped within the next day because item was in stock at EZcontacts. The calling to EZcontacts to cancel item was easy and you are informed of the reason for the delay in shipping. The overall service was excellent.

I am very disappointed that the product I usually order 'Eye Scrub' seems to have been discontinued. I ordered something else to give it a try, but really liked Eye Scrub.

Wonderful! Shipped quickly, without hassle (unlike another contacts site that will remain unnamed). These are the exact contacts i have worn for 20 years, which i kno other ppl have had trouble finding...EZcontacts even had these toric, high powered lenses in my uncommon prescription in stock- & shipped them without any delay (other sites have deemed them custom lenses that had to be made to order, & then still charged for overnight shipping even tho it took a month to recieve them). With EZcontacts, I had none of the issues I have dealt with before...there were no hidden fees, in fact, just the opposite--a promo discount that saved me 20%, free shipping that was still incredibly fast, &low prices that allowed me to purchase 4 boxes of contacts for only 9$ more than 2 boxes at the unnamed site I used before. Never again!
