EZContacts has great customer service. From uploading an incorrect prescription TWICE (on my part)😅 to working with me to get the right contacts ordered. They were there every step of the way. Contacts were delivered quickly once everything was input correctly. Thank you!!

Package arrived on date indicated but delivery time was way too long. Came from NJ to NYC & took over 10 days. Was packaged well. Pricing good. Probably won't buy from this vendor again.

I ordered my glasses over a month ago never got any information or any update on why it was not shipped until I reached out to customer service, very disappointing

I love EZContacts! I've purchased 5+ pairs of designer (prada/saint laurent) eyeglasses or sunglasses from them and I am always satisfied. Shipping if relevantly quick. Quality is excellent. Haven't really dealt with their customer service because luckily I've had no need. This is my go-to for designer wear.

Every time I order contacts it arrives late and I often pay for 2 day shipping for $19.99 and I never get it on time!! It's looking like the same thing will happen on this delivery as well. Aside from that no matter what option you select when calling the 800 ends with the call being disconnected due to High call volume. On top of that you have to wait 1-2 business days just to get your questions answered. Never again!!
