The amount of time to receive contacts is over 3 weeks and zero contact to customer until I Inquired where my product is, this is the reason for my low score review

I ordered a pair of glasses 2 weeks ago. Wanted them for a party. They were “in stock” and i paid for shipping for 3-5 days. They never came, my order is in limbo, i have called EZ daily for a week and they arent accepting calls. Im just accepting this is what i get for trying to get affordable glasses.The party passed. Idk whats going to happen from here or if they will ever come. I cannot speak to anyone so ill never know lol. RIP sunglasses.

Price point is really good compared to other places. Main reason I picked EZContacts for my purchase.

I placed an order for contacts because I was low on contacts and needed them. Two weeks later I find out, only because I checked the status myself, that the contacts haven't shipped yet because they are waiting for supplies from the manufacturer. Don't you think EZ should have let me know?

I ordered my sunglasses over a month ago I still haven’t received them. I had no customer service calls to inform me of the delays. I sent 4 emails and just as of today it says my order has shipped but I have no tracking information. My friend ordered his pair from a local target and had them in a week for 30.00 less. I was excited to get these for vacation but was unable to use them because of the long delay. I hope they arrive ok and I’m happy with them otherwise it will be a extremely disappointing experience.

So I’ve been waiting over a week for a confirmation on my order and I tried reaching out to a rep and no one responded for days till I wrote back a nice little statement on how I’ve been feeling about this and finally got my order shipped lol.
