I always research on line when I need more contact lens and EZ Contacts always have the best prices and they don't charge a ridiculous processing fee like other vendors. Just price of contacts, shipping cost and sales tax. Also, they deliver so fast that I get my delivery in 2-3 days. This is a very well run company.

I had a defective contact. I reached out and customer service was very helpful. They sent me another case in replacement and fast. I have been shopping with them for about 3 years now

How do you sell glasses when you don't even have them in stock?And I'm still waiting for my glasses to come and even asked if I wanted to order different glasses.But why even put it out there?If I can't even order it.I would like to get my glasses as soon as possible

I ordered April 10th and never received a confirmation e-mail. So I called to check the status of my package and it was supposed to take 3-5 business days. On the phone they told me it will take 2-3 weeks. Very disappointed

The best pricing on line. No processing fees. However I had to call to have the discount applied as it did not happen as specified it would at check out. Also, this was a reorder and they did not have my prescription on file, so had to give them the name of Doctorr and Phone number. Customer service evry pleasant and helpful.

I realized after making my purchase that my order was scheduled to be sent to the wrong shipping address. I emailed customer service immediately, and they were able to update the address for me. THANK YOU!!!

Extremely satisfied with Pilar’s help over the phone. If I could only give her more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She patiently answered every question I had, and explained in detail all that needed to be discussed on my 2 pairs of Rx glasses/sunglasses

Opted for the free shipping and my new Ray Bans were still ahead of schedule and perfect. My old ones were lost (stolen) and I'll keep my "Dirty Harrys" very safe. Thanks for great shades at an unbeatable price!
